You walk in the store, nobody jumps on you. You get greeted in a friendly and polite way. When you are ready, the staff are on hand to offer, help, support and very professional advice.
The pricing is about right, but more importantly the service is bang on. Next day delivery, if what you want isn't in the store. What more do you want?

Kaz, the manager was really helpful.
Although we couldn't try out the speakers we wanted (and this is our fault for not booking that in) he was able to talk through the best possible options and explain installation etc. A very welcoming place with very knowledgeable staff. I doubt I'll go anywhere else for media devices from now.

The in-store service and advice was great + phone calls were good.Less good was the delivery with two timed deliveries missed and eventually the delivery was made at least 2 hours late. Delivery men were helpful. Wall bracket packaging was damaged badly but it was ok inside.
