I bought my television from a different Richer sounds shop in London (my second TV from the company) but after verifying my details Ben did not hesitate to help me with replacing a faulty remote on the generous warranty offered with my TV. No fuss, no bother, on its way to me within 24 hours. I have always had good service with Richer Sounds, thank you Ben!

We always shop at Richer Sounds because their Product knowledge and experience in all audio and visual products is excellent and we always get the right product for us.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Someone helped me as soon as I entered the store and took me through the different options for what I was looking for (a turntable and speakers). They did me a great deal so I could stick to my budget, and I got something much better than if I just bought a package online.
