I had to visit Richer Sounds to choose a replacement TV due to the previous TV I had that had developed a fault that was not repairable. The whole experience I had was fantastic the service was second to none. The staff were very helpful and friendly with product knowledge to match. Why shop anywhere else? Keep up the good work.

I visited Richer Sounds in Southampton, after learning that they are an outlet for Ortofon - I need a decent magnetic cartridge for my Transcriptors turntable.
I found them knowlegeable and helpful - they provided me with technical information I was unable to find on the Ortofon website.
I bought a mid-range Ortofon moving magnet cartridge. It was not in stock, but was delivered when promised. I have now fitted it, and it works well with my turntable and Quad 33/303 setup.

I unfortunately visited RS with a few options in mind.
He helped me navigate to a final solution and provided answers to all my many questions a long the journey.
I annoyed him for over an hour, but left very happy and satisfied with my purchases.
His advice was spot on, and confirmed later that day listening to my new purchases.

Placed an order over the phone for an amp, speakers and turntable, Ben was very knowledgeable and advised that the AE100 speakers would sound best with the Denon amp. Order arrived quickly and safely. Sounds absolutely fantastic!

Assistance in the shop was good and informative. The following day I had to phone up because I was getting no sound. I was told what I had done wrong regarding the connection to the amplifier and the problem was then solved. Good service all round.

Ordered TV over the phone and it arrived 24hrs later in store. Staff phoned to let me know TV had arrived for pickup and helped me to load TV into car.
In all a very easy purchase and experience with Richer Sounds with a bonus of a 6 year guarantee.

It’s always a pleasure to deal with Richer Sounds, this time I only wanted a small wifi TV for the bedroom and I purchased a Phillips freely 32” it’s brilliant, I had a slight set up problem which Southampton branch soon sorted out over the phone.
