Yamaha RN1000A a fantastic amplifier
I’m very pleased with this product. It works exactly as expected, feels well made, and is easy to use. The quality is excellent and the quality of sound is absolutely exceptional if you have a great speakers. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. Great product. Great price.
I bought a record player and edifier speakers. The whole set up is brilliant and we couldn't be happier. The correspondence and service were great and the price was really reasonable but, most of all, the kit is AWESOME.
I recommend Richer Sounds. I'll definitely use them again.

Great value new TV, friendly service
Great value new TV, quick delivery & friendly advice on the phone. Moving to a larger house we needed a larger screen TV. After research and many comparisons, I chose Richer Sounds, and got great advice from Jack in Edinburgh. Delivery was smooth and speedy, only 3 days after ordering. Also got the best possible price on the internet at that time.

Positive Outcome
I originally left a negative/one star review as I was sold a non working LG TV, cost around £1,200 which is a lot of money for me. However, I've revised the review to five stars, because while the initial steps to reporting the faulty TV and trying to get a replacement were not positive, my further contact with the Solihull branch of Richer Sounds, and their subsequent arrangement of a replacement TV, and the collection of the faulty TV, meant that Richer Sounds redeemed themselves. A big thank you to Stuart, Richer Sounds, Solihull and Tom, Richer Sounds Customer Experience service.

I was genuinely concerned to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your new television, and in resolving the matter with us.
As the purchase was originally made online, the correct process was for our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. Unfortunately, when you subsequently telephoned the helpline after speaking with the local store, you were routed through a supplier support option.
Whilst manufacturers are often best placed to help diagnose technical issues with their products and avoid unnecessary engineer visits, it would have been better on this occasion to speak directly with a Richer Sounds colleague to arrange a resolution. Following a review of the automated options customers are presented with, which do include a route to speak with a Richer Sounds colleague directly, we are going to add an additional option that enables customers to navigate back through the menu and avoid similar frustration in future.
Having since spoken to you personally I'm pleased to confirm that the exchange has now been successful and the new TV is working as it should be. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused and hopefully if you use us again you will be one of the 98% of happy customers who review us on Trustpilot.

Customer service amazing
I ordered a tv from Richer Sounds and when it was delivered, I set it up to find a thick black line down the centre of the screen. I called customer service who asked for photographs. I sent these over and the next day I received a new tv. The customer service was amazing, no hassle whatsoever. Thank you for being so prompt. I would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.
