Fast, efficient service at a good price. Clear website and communications from both Richer Sounds (and not too much!) and from their carrier. Extended guarantee an added bonus. Had a shocking experience from another massive retailer and have learned the lesson to stick with Richer Sounds!

Just needed a simple DVD/Blu-ray player. Richer sounds offered a competitive price. Delivery was within predicted time. Panasonic unit was simple to setup and worked straight away.

I purchased a blueray player it was damaged in the post , they Replaced it within 24 hours superb service and they where very helpful, I highly recommend Richer sounds and will definitely deal with them again.

Parting with my cash, has never been so enjoyable
Quick and effective dispatch, from a great company with great values. Better price than anyone else, which is always a winner. Having been a RS customer for many years I am unable to fault them. Easiest and most pleasant parting with my cash ever.
I normally visit the York store where Mike, Aaron, Joe and Kev have looked after me in the past but getting into town wasn’t happening anytime soon.
