Good as new
Found the headphones I was after, marked as refurbs but as far as appearance and performance is concerned, they're as good as new, with the same guarantee and almost 30% reduced. More than satisfied

Just the best company ever
Just the best company ever! Great business model. Their customer service is first-rate. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole experience purchasing from them was smooth, easy and extremely pleasant. 5 star to after sales too!

I knew what I wanted
I knew what I wanted, so didn’t go to the local shop, but bought on-line. Paid to have item delivered on the Monday ( from Friday), but was left by front door on the Saturday.
This was fine, but if we were away for the weekend it may have been taken.

LPs are back!
Excellent so far! Easy buying process, prompt delivery. Looks great. It’s a birthday present for a 14 year old girl who wants to build a Taylor Swift album set. Nice to see that vinyls are attractive to teenagers, looking and feeling rather than streaming. I wish I’d kept my LPs!

Did lots of research to find the right TV from the right company, at the right price. Richer sounds were the best price... dug further to find a company that lives by its ethics, looks after it's staff and provides a great service to it's customers. Sometimes 5 stars is not enough? We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Richer Sounds when recently upgrading our TV. Their prices are excellent and difficult to beat, someone is always ready on the phone to answer any queries, ordering online was simple, delivery was quick and carried out in a very professional manner and the free 6 year extended warranty is exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds to anybody.
We are also very happy with our new LG TV.
