Customer Experience That Hits All the Right Notes
I recently bought an EVO 150 from Richer Sounds, and I’m impressed with their exceptional customer service. Despite ordering during a bank holiday weekend, they ensured my amplifier arrived on time. Emma, their logistics manager, kept me informed with timely updates, while John, their MD, personally ensured delivery before the weekend. Their dedication is remarkable.
For all things, HiFi, these guys are the real deal. They sell products and share their passion for great sound, going the extra mile for their customers. I've shopped at many electronics retailers, but Richer Sounds set the new standard for customer service. If only other retailers had the same approach!
I couldn't recommend Richer Sounds more highly. They've earned a customer for life!

Online TV order to Dublin
I ordered a TV online late on Friday (on the St. Patrick's weekend). Even though Monday was a bank holiday, I received the goods on Wednesday morning. I am very pleased with how quickly it was delivered.
Adittional thanks to the delivery person, as he didn't leave the TV in the hallway, but assisted me all the way to the living room.
Will definately use the services again!

Excellent value and service. I bought a 65 inch TV and missed a promotion that would have saved me €200. Phoned back a few days later to chance my arm and ask for the deal, no questions asked and Emma from sales applied the promotion retrospectively. Overall a great experience and good communication. 6 year warranty an added bonus. I will definitely buy from them again.

I recently contacted Richer Sounds to…
I recently contacted Richer Sounds to upgrade my AV System. From the prompt and courteous initial reply to the prompt and efficient delivery of the AV equipment to my home address in Co Wexford, the purchase was flawless. Firstly, I had researched the market thoroughly, and Richer Sounds were the cheapest by some margin. Then also I found their 6 years additional Warranty excellent peace of mind as these Amplifiers are so very High tech these days. I am restricted in travel due to a recent accident, so I communicated by EMail. Again, their communication was Top Class from start to finish. I ordered my Amplifier on a Friday, it left their premises the following Monday and was delivered to my home by lunchtime Tuesday. I was not expecting delivery until the following week end, but again Richer Sounds exceeded my expectations. All I can say in these days of settling for mediocre service at best, John Mc & Kenny deserve special mention. These men are an asset to any business and Richer Sounds is in safe hands with these Professionals running their show! I know I won't even ring around the next time I need AV equipment...I will simply phone Richer Sounds and ask to deal with John or Kenny. Well done guys, you have a life long customer right here!

I ordered a tv from the UK to Ireland. It did take some time (5 days in total) and in a world where everything needs to come right here, right now, you are expecting speed. However, with such a big expense above all else you want it to come in one piece and get good service. That is what I got and the communication on delivery times was excellent, proactive and fast. Unused 6 year warranty refund
I contacted Richer Sounds in Belfast regarding my expired 6 year warranty and how I could get it refunded as I had never used it. I attached a copy of original receipt. Within one and a half hours I had a phone call to get refund. Also I forgot that I had upgraded kit at time of purchase so I was informed that I would get more refunded. I was impressed at how honest this company is. Other companies would have made me jump through hoops to get this money and maybe not the full amount
