Ordering at 9am, receiving an acknowledgement, shipment information at 4pm, delivery information at 7am and delivered before 11am. Richmond Classics is a reliable online shop.

I bought a jacket from Richmond classics, it came within 2 days, there was a button missing off it, but they dealt with the problem, sent me out a new jacket asap and refunded me the money for the coast of delivery. So very happy with there customer service team.

I made an order for a sweatshirt that claimed to be 100% cotton, but on delivery read on the tag that it was 50% poly.

I wrote to the store to inform them this, not even to ask for a return or refund or discount, with absolutely no response.

This email asking for feedback was the first related thing to that order made nearly a year ago.

There was a mix-up with my first order and it was annoying but the response and follow up action was timely and efficient despite the time difference (I'm in Australia.)

Twice in the last week i was in two separate shops/department stores, all ready to buy something but couldn't get anyone to assist let alone take my money so i walked out, located what i wanted online and placed an order.

I was really impressed with richmond classics ,I placed my order in the afternoon and got it the following day impressive considering it was coming to northern ireland! It came beautifully packaged and I saved a good few quid on it too .I'd definately shop with them again .x

Loved shopping here when i was in Bournemouth and as i now live in Jersey its great that the online shopping experience is just as good... some trousers i ordered arrived in about 5 days as expected and in perfect condition..
