Terrible customer service

After calling and leaving a message for the service 5 times, nobody responded at all. I get it, times are busy right now, but no excuse to not even reach out to a customer that has spent over $60,000 with your store when they try to schedule a service appointment. Thank goodness adrenaline motorsports was willing to not only answer their phones but schedule me an appointment less than a week out. Your customer service is terrible, hopefully you find management strong enough to carry your company. I hope you respond to this message although it is highly unlikely.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Completely a horrendous experience! I will NEVER come back to that unprofessional can't count or FOLLOW the First come first served rule it's a complete crap hole place!. My story I came in to look and most likely buy this CANam listed on fb drove 40 mins to get there. I was already there putting in a application and another couple was there a little bit after me looking at it and the twin of the same color with some differences. I told the team and my sales guy that they need to tell management that there are two of us looking at this and this needs to go in order. I was assured It would by another sales lead and my sales guy. I guess because of Daytona bike week or whatever the sad excuse was I fell through the cracks and even know I got approved they sold the bike to the other couple and tried to get me to buy a brand new bike. Robert the sales manager is a snake and tbh it's sad. He knew nothing of my deal or the PRICE of the bike lol asked me the same questions like I just walked in the door and had no clue my credit was ran with 3 different banks already and wouldn't honor me coming in first and wanted me to buy a 2021 because the other twin unit had sun damage and I didn't want it. This was a complete waste of my Saturday. I have never ever been treated like that. I sat at a table with no one coming back to me for 20 mins at a time after they sold it from under me. While the other couple was flying through the process and was done. Was it maybe because I could afford more and they wanted to corner me into buying a more expensive bike? Idk but I refused to go through with it and I am disgusted. STAY away from this unethical business! Nasty. Completely insane. I legit and so DUMB struck that I am filing a BBB complaint. Reaching out to CANam letting them know how there brand is being representative and I DEMAND to speak to upper management or the owner because this isn't going to fly. I am SO DISGUSTED!

Update "robert" sales manager called me after they closed the same day. and asked for me to take down this review and they are sorry it was sold under me and the other persons app was approved 30 mins quicker then mine so they do business with first come first approval. My credit has locks on it and I have to go through verification for " identity protection" which I told them this from the beginning. Not to mention my sales guy was so so slow at paperwork. Asking the same questions i already answered. They dropped the ball and are trying to sell me a 2021 at cost now ( if that's really true) it doesn't have the halogen lights or leds or even a back seat or a windshield or cruise control. All the things I wanted. Now all of a sudden they want to put the new one on hold for me. They won't sell it to anyone else. Lol This is downright ridiculous now. I have lost all interest in buying a bike. This turned me off. Like someone farting before intercourse. It's just dead. They killed it. Me and the manager screaming at each other on the phone was such a great closing to my Saturday adventures very professional of them right?. He thinks he is right, I think I am right it's just not going to work. Robert legit said to me on the phone " it's not like you put a deposit on the bike" i said you didn't ask for one!. Next thing out of his snake like mouth. We don't do deposits anyway. Then follows with "why does it Mater to us who we sell the bike to one of you would be upset at the end of the day" i was now looking at my phone like it had 4 eyes... LOOK if I where u I would buy else where. A junk yard maybe better. They probably have much better ethic business practices. At this point I wonder how he even has a job there. The sales people told me he is awful before I met him and he even introduces himself with words like "most people don't like me here and most customers hate me" LOL I should have just walked out of the building then. I also found out the price of this bike was off by 2k of fees and they didn't want to mention that. This business is a waste of space.

My husband and I saw a XR650 Honda for $6399 at Ride Now in Chandler, AZ, on Craigslist. We were paying by Credit Card. They added $800 for a condition/set up fee and other charges. Total $8300 after several attempts to negotiate. All we wanted was to buy the bike, pay state taxes and leave. That could not be done without other charges. They lie about their retail price. They act like a dealership with sales associates, managers, finance team. All we wanted was to buy the bike. They cannot be trusted. Go to a trusted, honest dealer!

Ride now purchased 2 dealerships in the Austin Tx area. I have purchase at least a dozen bikes before they moved in town. Now everything seems to be about their bottom line. No more good deals. I have had to go to Dallas, Houston and San Antonio to find deal. I really wish they had stayed away.

After traveling from NM to AZ to visit Ride Now with cash in hand to purchase a Yamaha Kodiak 450 that was advertised 4999 (MSRP 6499) after a 1500 rebate. After "running the numbers" the Kodiak came back nearly 8000. I was blown away by the increase in the price from the rebated price of 4999. The salesman went to the office and came back with the "best we can do is 7200" 2200 over the advertised price. My dealership in NM with an MSRP advertised Kodiak of 6499 came in at 7300...800 over the advertised price. the 1500 rebate is complete BS. Thanks for waisting my time Ride Now I was not impressed.

Don't waste your time at RideNever

This place sucks. Ended up with a salesman named Milo. He ran mine and my son's credit two or three times, got us both approved, but both the bikes were sold to someone else before he could get the deal together. I told him days ago that we could put a deposit on the bikes if necessary. he said no. We waited days for him to get the paperwork together. The bikes were gone before he could make it happen. Now we have to go elsewhere with lower credit scores. Thanks for nothing jerks!!! Save yourself the hassle. Take your business somewhere else.

Thank you

I called Ride Now and spoke with a salesman named Jim. He was so helpful. Very knowledgeable about ATV's. I really appreciated the info he shared that has helped us find the right ATV for our riding habits. He offered to make an appointment and we are looking forward to coming next week. Please share with Jim how much we appreciated his time and being so helpful and courteous!

Same story here....a $1999 advertised price on a used scooter was $3700 out the door. Have bought bikes from Honda dealerships in 4 states & have never seen ridiculous markups like this dealership charges. Will NEVER use this place for anything on my existing Honda.....

Very dishonest people

Very dishonest people. Fees fees and more fees. When you advertise a vehicle for $5500 it can’t possible turn into $8300 out the door. There is something wrong with this picture ... beware here as they are crooks.

Ride Now Power Sports Usatisfactory

Buying parts there is ok, but "stay away" from the service department. Seems the average walking the street atv riders is smarter than their mechanics. I cannot beleive the crap I went through with these people. I especially loved the two hour waits, while they search for my keys when I came to pick up my machine. And to think I paid for this special service and treatment in the form of an extended warranty. BIG MISTAKE!
