Was contacted by Rijo to see if we were interested in a coffee machine at our football club. Shaun came out to see us, at a convenient time for us. We only open weekends and he was really honest with what machines he thought would suit our needs. We sampled some of the products and he was very honest with costs and products. Really friendly guy and we didn't feel obligated or pushed into a decision. We decided to go ahead with Shaun’s recommendation on coffee machine. The ordering process was simple. Once confirmed Dom came to install. Again a really nice lad, demonstrated how to clean the machine (very simple). Reassured us about the support available should we need it. Would recommend Rijo if anybody is considering installing a coffee machine. Today was our first day in operation and we have had great reviews.

I was on my anniversary weekend in Amsterdam doing the usual things any married couple gets up to when I met Sam Lightfoot whilst watching Leeds United beat Plymouth away. Sam sold me the benefits of a Rijo and it’s worth every penny. It brings a lot of happiness to work and staff love it. I’d highly recommend a Rijo to any company owner who wants to keep the staff fuelled on quality coffee.

We've had the coffee machine in our new venue for a week now. All the customers love the products, and the staff find the machine really easy to use. Highly recommended! The customer service in HO is really good too.. very quick to sort the small issues, and help with queries

The team at rijo42 are excellent. Steve Robinson is an outstanding Sales Director, extremely caring and always puts the customers needs first. Matthew Brown is our Account Manager, we certainly feel in safe hands. Michael Farley will be looking after all our stock requirements. Last but not least Luke our installation Engineer was brilliant. Best choice of coffee machine we could have made. In summary a fantastic caring, professional and easy to do business with company. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service at Rojo42! Michael, Ryan, and Sam were absolute stars in helping me out. The key to the coffee machine was lost and was worried it would take forever to get a replacement. But these guys had it sorted and delivered within an hour! I had been a customer of this Company for over 10 years. I enjoyed there coffeee so much I bought a machine (at auction) for home use. Wasnt a problem for them to come out and set up the machine in my home. Fast forward a few years and I bought another machine (again at auction) for home use. They now flatly refuse to come and service the new machine. Their policy is (now) not to service any machine not bought from themselves!! Nice to know after the event!

We have been using Rijo for a number of years now on our Farm Park Tourist Attraction. We welcome over 70k visitors a year and our Rijo coffee machines have kept up! When we have had small problems, service has been excellent with a quick response time. Our rep, Steve Robinson is always at the end of the phone to help with any issues or queries we have, which is refreshing as often reps disappear once machines are installed!

Great demo from the initial inquiry to
the lease arrangement and then cherry on top was installation and training, faultless and engineer was brilliant.

It was set up in no time and Darrel was great in getting it done quickly and efficiently. He talked us through how to use the machine thoroughly, answering any questions we had. He talked us through the the cleaning instructions twice to make staff understand how to avoid blockages and causing any mess.

Great install from Daryl and Paul. Super efficient, informative and helpful. Everything installed greatly and in perfect working order! Lovely gents too.

We've been using our machine for a year now and can't fault it. Use the red blend beans, which everyone loves, nice smooth coffee. The rep Dan is extremely helpful in explaining things to those of us less technical lol. Would highly recommend rijo, we have tripled our coffee sales in 1 year.
