Fantastic company to do business with. Great idea to sample the coffee when going through the options available. Dan our Sales rep was thoroughly professional right the way through the process, even getting involved in areas that were not really a part of his remit. Onto installation day and Steve was the consummate professional. He clearly understands the machines inside out, and is extremely passionate about his role. Lots of extra added value provided and only left when we were ready. Thanks Rijo42 ! Oh and the coffee is great. But don’t take my word for it….

Andy has set my machine up today & he’s been great. Explained everything, gone through all the drinks & cleaning.
It’s in a mobile bar so he’s gone out of his way to show me everything & advise the best way to do things.

Darryl came in and fitted our machine today and what a great service we recieved. Explained everything to us thoroughly and didn’t leave until we were happy! Can’t recommend enough!

Great machine, delicious coffee and excellent service! A big hit for our business already! Engineer Sam was extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and easy to understand training on how to use the machine and what to do in the event we run in to any issues.

OMG ANDY WAS AMAZING FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS LOVE FROM DE BAGA RESTAURANT

Been fairly happy with the machine although a bit fed up with their constant tele sales calls.
I made a service call to them and despite paying about five thousand quid for the machine and over paying for their products on a regular basis, they cancelled my service visit because in their words I am "not buying enough products from them". What disgusting people. My machine is going to the tip now and only two years old!

I have used Rijo 42 for a few years, they offer the most delicious coffee and hot chocolate. Their customer service the simply THE BEST

Sam Lightfoot came out to me today, he was super professional, friendly and had a great knowledge range of the machine and the coffees.
