Avoid, the worst car buying experience I had. Awful comunication, awful service, still owe me money. You would think buying a luxury car would be somewhat a good experience, well not in Rikon and not with Jag

**BEAWARE Unprofessional Company***

I bought my Lamborghini from Rikon about 4 months ago.

The company has been terrible to deal with, It’s been one thing after the other.

First of all they never provided me with the V5 documents until few months after the car had been purchased. This then caused issues with taxing the car.

Everytime I called Rikon they would ignore my calls and take ages to get back to me.

When purchasing the car I was told it was in "perfect" condition.

I have only driven the car around 1500 milss since buying it. Now I have been told by the service the brakes and wrongly matched tyres are all worn and need replacing.

I have nothing but issues with Rikon. They have very POOR customer service skills and even poorer after sales help

They are only interested in communicating when they are making the sale.

I am now in the process of taking this complaint to the motoring ombudsman due to Rikon being so poor at bad at helping.

My personal recommendation is to keep away from this company as much as possible as they genuinely do not help or care for the clients.

Brought my dream car from Rikon.Harry and jag service was first class would highly recommend.

Sadly I did not purchase a vehicle. Communication requires fine tuning, however Harry was very pleasant to deal with and is a credit to the business.

In November 2019, I agreed to let Rikon London sell my BMW I8 (SOR basis) and it was by far the worst decision I’ve ever made. They agreed to market my car at £47,500 and failed to sell my car within 6 months and when they did sell it, they sold it for £9,000 less, a huge loss financially for me.

But this isn’t the worst bit. Rikon London, specifically Jag Sidhu induced me into selling my car to them at the end of April because they knew I was desperate for a sale. I had no choice, they had failed to sell it over a 6 month period and of course we are entering a global recession. Jag specifically stated he would buy the car off of me for £35,500 and that he was taking a punt on buying it. Jag also said that if I didn’t commit to sell he would buy someone else's Range Rover. 3 days later and Rikon London bought the car.

A few weeks later, it was brought to my attention that the car had been sold as a guy reached out to me asking about the wrap. Below is a timeline of events;

On the 20th of April @ 9:43am an offer of £38,500 was made for my car and was subsequently accepted by Rikon at 16:01 that day. Rikon then proceeded to take a deposit from the buyer, for a vehicle they did not own, on 21 April @ 20:41. At no point was I made aware of the existence of such offer. On the 23rd Jag purchased the car from me and on the Friday the new owner drove it away.
To sum it up, Jag of Rikon London induced me to sell my car for an awful price as he knew I needed it gone. At the same time, he had already sold the car but made out as if it was my only option for a sale by letting him buy it due to the current climate.

I have professionally written to Rikon and Jag to give them the opportunity to own up to their mistakes and put this right. They have ignored my approach and therefore proved the nature of their business.
STAY CLEAR!!!!!

This is the second car we have sold through Rikon London and this sale was as organised and effortless as the last. We would definitely look to recommend them and look forward to purchasing / selling through the team again in the future.
