Great experience! It was the only store having non-black Pixel 9 Pro in stock. Moreover, the price was lower than in other stores, and adding 1yr ODIDO contract made it 200 EUR cheaper! PostNL delivery took 2 days, my signature was required to get it. The phone itself is certified for EU countries, so it's not kind of shady import. I don't know how you folks do it, but thank you very much for the such smooth and fast experience!

Ik heb een Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra-smartphone gekocht en er is mij beloofd dat ik Galaxy Earbuds Pro 2 gratis zal ontvangen. het was onderdeel van een promotie. Nadat ik de telefoon bij Ritel.nl had gekocht en naar de Samsung-website was gegaan om de actie aan te vragen, kreeg ik een paar weken later te horen dat de telefoon uit een ander land is geïmporteerd en niet van toepassing is op de actie. Ik nam contact op met Ritel.nl en ze weigerden te helpen en vertelden me dat dit mijn probleem is en dat ze me de oordopjes pro 2 niet zullen geven zoals beloofd op hun website.

Koop niet bij Ritel.nl. Ook werd ik gewaarschuwd door Samsung NL dat sommige smartphone verkopers dit vaak doen en een daarvan is Ritel.nl. Zeggen dat klanten een actieproduct ontvangen als ze bij hen kopen, maar nooit het actieproduct ontvangen zoals beloofd.

Deze verkopers als Ritel.nl importeren Samsung smartphones en Samsung toestellen in Nederland maar deze toestellen zijn gemaakt om in een ander land/continent te worden verkocht. Daarom is de prijs een beetje goedkoop. Je koopt het met de gedachte dat je het promotieartikel krijgt dat bij de smartphone hoort, maar je promotieartikel komt nooit, simpelweg omdat deze telefoons uit een ander land/continent komen en nooit zijn gemaakt om in Nederland te worden verkocht.

Het actieartikel is afkomstig van Samsung zelf en niet rechtstreeks van de verkoper. Wanneer u uw Samsung-apparaat registreert, voert Samsung een controle uit op de codes en factuur van uw apparaten. Omdat de telefoon bedoeld is om te worden verkocht in een ander land dan Nederland, zal Samsung uw aanvraag afwijzen en komt uw actieartikel nooit aan.

Bespaar je geld en koop niet bij Ritel.nl, zelfs Samsung NL waarschuwde me de volgende keer voorzichtig te zijn.

These sellers such as Ritel.nl import Samsung smartphones and Samsung devices in the Netherlands, but these devices are made to be sold in another country/continent. Therefore, the price is a bit cheap. You buy it thinking that you will get the promotional item that comes with the smartphone, but your promotional item never comes, simply because these phones come from a different country/continent and were never made to be sold in the Netherlands.

The promotional item comes from Samsung itself and not directly from the seller. When you register your Samsung device, Samsung will check the codes and invoice of your devices. Because the phone is intended to be sold in a country other than the Netherlands, Samsung will reject your application and your promotional item will never arrive.

Save your money and don't buy from Ritel.nl, even Samsung NL warned me to be careful next time.

well im pretty sure the real ritel is really good but there was facebook ritel page the was trying to sell a phone with a promotion they tried i payed them half the price but luckily I didnt I called them and they told me it was a scam!
