The pay hasn’t matched the seriousness of the routes, but the app has been consistent. I have to give 2 stars because on multi stop orders like mail innovations (which I specialize) the pay shouldn’t be 3.50 a stop. Proper pay would be 5.95 to 7.50 per stop. Tho I love the app I gotta get my point across

Me work good

Roadie has really cut the rate of pay that us drivers receive. It is very hard to reach support in a timely matter when needed. Typically when calling in there is a delay from 30 minutes to several hours. One time I did not even get a call back from support until the next day. Also, when a gig is posted that has very long items the app may not assign it to anybody because it doesn't think anybody can take a load that big but they don't count on the fact that my 14 ft box truck has a 4 ft lift that I can leave down to take those 18 foot boards or that my 8-ft truck bed I can leave the tailgate down and let 14 or 16 foot boards hang out the back a little bit. In those situations I have called into support and most support agents will claim that they cannot manually assign those gigs to me, but once in awhile I find a support agent who will. You guys need to either fix the algorithm or train the rest of the support agents into how they can manually assign those bigger gigs to us.

Slow response time

I have work with Roadie on and off for a long time. I think they very very good people to try to help people out and do a good job of getting work for you only thing I it’s hard for me to stomach right now. Is that when you go out and drive and take a long run and you make $15 an hour if you’re lucky by the time you pay for gas when gas is over three dollars or $4.06 dollars a gallon how are we making any money? I know you guys help you guys but I just wish you could give everybody everything maybe another dollar or two if you could, that would be great I’d be back there full-time. It’s just some of them. Things are $13 $14 and you’re driving you’re driving 100/100 miles. I just wish you’d look back at it and what you did before maybe a year ago and how you used to pay everything and the pay was really good and you’re really like to get it in hurry and get a job and get another job because of the money you made right now it’s not that way. It’s hard to take anything cause you don’t even get anything when you know you when you start out so other than that, I think the companies are really a good company and I know you have to make money, but you really have to think a little bit about paying somebody for three or four hours for $15 an hour. It used to be somewhere around 18 and you know yeah that was that wasn’t bad at 15. Come on buddy come on you guys you’re you’re too good for that. You guys got a good company. That’s my honest truth and I thank you for listening to me anytime you wanna call me and talk to me about things to do better. I’m here for you.

I like Brody because of the constant work and the route and communication for exceptions of sometimes the address comes up wrong, but my experience overall has been awesome

There is so many things I can explain about rodie but I would be waisting my time because it means nothing. I have a 99 percent rating. I still don't understand how to do the special gigs to make money if I can. Most gigs I feel is just paying to put the gas back in your truck rodie makes it very difficult to make any money most the time sometimes you can get lucky but for most it feels like they don't want you to really make anything I don't understand I could see if we received tips regularly some customers are not home but can't figure out how to put tips in the app which could help what they pay us for the gigs could help with the offers drivers get because sometime I wonder why I still try to take gigs for rodie. I could go on and on but it doesn't matter.Also you might have 25 30 bags of dirt or rocks we should get paid more for those gigs because the customer does not understand what we have to do or what we get paid I feel for those kind of gigs because there should be a mandatory tip for one person doing this type of work I should not even have to explain anything truefully. I've been a roadie driver for a year and a half and since that time the offers have gone down. The order sizes have also changed. Not everyone can spend 3or 4 hours delivering and the amount of deliveries that take 1 hour or less have significantly reduced. Also the amount paid out for medication delivery has been cut in half which is an inconvenience

I like the ability to bid on gigs I want to do. I dislike the pay for gigs that are going long distances, and some gigs that are many hours long.
Being unassigned while en route to a gig is also annoying.

Too low pay for deliveries, deliveries are grouped together to maximize profits for roadie and give the drivers very low pay, while charging the same amount or higher to the sender. Roadie app has issues with uploading photos, not able to mark arrived or complete deliveries if delivery area is in an area with little or no cell phone service.

I get notifications for deliveries that aren’t even available.
