Urgent money and less stressful

Everyone has been very professional and extremely nice.

Gps is not working properly

I like working with Roadie; they are very responsible. However, driver services could use some updates—you have to wait a long time for assistance.

I like the process the pay can be a little better. I DNT like the multiple stop delivery,cause it seems it take u out the way

The app is not deaf friendly but it's a good thing I can communicate with the customers via text messages. What I dislike is that I have to show the pharmacy the name of the client only because they ask me to sign in ( I told them I wasn't the patient). I came up a way to communicate with them by bring my paper and pen to write back and forth. Also another thing is that I had an emergency and it took forever for the Roadie to contact me.

Roadie charges $2 to withdraw funds. Expects us to pay $5 out of pocket for parking, then again charges $2 to withdraw the $5 when it’s finally reimbursed a week later. Gas is $5 gallon. You’re giving gigs that require 100+ miles = $20 in fuel alone, and you’re paying $50-$60. After just the cost of fuel that leaves $30-$40 for 5+ hours of work. The math doesn’t math. Short of the one off gigs where folks have tipped, roadie costs more to use than it pays. And thr wait time between gigs, expecting us to just wait 15 to get the message that we didn’t get a gig they had been available for hours; your algorithm needs updated based on our costs.

I enjoy delivering stuff to people.

One of the main concerns is when delivering some gated communities have codes and i love the app development of using digital key access into private communities to complete the deliveries we need more of those and we need more deliveries on the area.

The app has come a long way. The one thing they are missing is you guys need to provide images of the items we are delivering. If the stores could provide imagery, I think the app will be golden. We need images for the orders so we can see what we are carrying or what we are delivering ahead of time before we pick the job or the gig.

The fact that roadie set a platform for people to be able to flex their own schedule and make good money is just amazing

Roadie has been great. the app works phenomenal and the routes are easy. also pick up addresses and delivery addresses are not so bad either. overall really good app and very good second income,thank you so much.

Whenever we need support group no one is available it tooks so many times to solve the problem communication is vital between the support group and the driver right away. Second the payment is low the distance or the mileage to pick up and deliver is high mileage but the payment is less.the payment should be $1:00 per mile for each delivery. Driver is the backbone of the company they should be treated fairly.

Distance, Amount and Orders. Except payments take way to long to post to an account.

This company has made me so so happy. It not only gives me extra money on the side but people are being connected with much needed groceries dog food and supplies at all times. I am impressed with how there is always a gig available when I'm feeling the urge to do one; that shows the popularity of its service right there. But as a driver it's so innovative and discerns where and when I want to go home because the last stop is almost as close to home as I could wish for. It's really quite something.
