Everything about roadie has been good by far but just going back in forth to the warehouse for multiple gigs is the only problem.. I think it would be better to be able to do a multiple gigs at once, so instead of 50 to 60 stops just make it 100 to 120 in just combin the pay

you should be able to really check whats beign delivered, like home depot, walmart, best buy, especially home depost they mark 1 item to be delivered and they put 6 more for instance i have an order of 1 item and when i got there it was 7 bags of mulch when it clearly said 1 item i dont think thats fair not get paid more for the additional labor involde on taking the 7 additional bags. and as getting in touch with you thorough the app its alway frustoating and never a fast responce when you need it.

No doubt it is hard to provide this…
No doubt it is hard to provide this service economically. But the pay for roadie is very low. If I'm offered a job to go out 20 miles and the offer is for $18 I'm driving 40 miles for $18. Gasoline is $4.80 a gallon in Oregon I can't make any money that way.

Decent company
Dislikes: I can never contact the customer with the number listed if I need to confirm their location. There is always a message stating the customer is not receiving calls. The pay should be higher when delivering heavy tools and boxes. App does not automatically update, have to manually refresh.
Likes: Flexibility of the gigs and the certifications that can be obtained. Overall it's a decent company to work for.

Lots of issues
Twice I received a order at a particular store waited over 30 mins both times just for the order to be cancelled and I was only compensated 4 dollars another issue is you can not see wat the customer order to better assist myself and the store for when things like trying to find the order they know what’s in the order, all it shows is the detentions of the product also auto match only matches me with orders that miles away I never get a auto match for a reasonable distance out of 20 offers and I’m right in the area I’ll only receive 2 or three
