Roadrunner Sports is my go to for ordering running sneakers. The selection is great and I get my order quickly.

I have been a loyal RRS VIP for the better part of 10 years. However, I have noticed in the last year or two, the service has deteriorated noticeably. I've experienced lengthy shipping delay and this last time, I ordered a pair with expedited shipping, only to find out the store had canceled the order and I wasn't even notified. I had to call them, got put on hold, didn't get a call back so I went on to the chat where I was helped by a helpful agent named Deidre who notified me of the canceled order. My credit card was charged but there was no shipment. Meanwhile I really needed the shoe because my last pair of adrenalines tore up my feet and I had to order a new pair ASAP. When Deidre told me that the soonest I could get a new pair to me was another 3 days (I had already waited 3 days) I decided to cancel the order and just get a pair from my local store, which I would have done 3 days ago but they don't have the colors I like. This is why I like ordering from the RRS site because of the options. There really is no advantage to being a VIP when you consider the annual amount that gets charged. I am done with RRS for good.

The online store pulled a bait-and-switch, hounding me with emails offering rewards, and then when I sign on its a crap shoot what amount you're told you have in rewards, then you apply a rewards amount and approve the purchase only for the site to actually charge you in full as if rewards didnt exist. It did this to me twice. Also, the first order, I emailed to cancel and the rep gives me some explanation though no correction or anything different and instead of canceling asks me to confirm again to cancel. Then when I email back to confirm again to cancel, I'm told it's too late as the order shipped already, but I can just return. I receive the item and now I cant return it because the website says its still processing so it doesn't allow me the option.

The second order confirmed at the full price so I immediately emailed to say cancel and dont ask me again to cancel. Im told it canceled but 3 days later and its still on my card and pending. Then I emailed to ask what's going on and they say inventory canceled because it was out of stock, not that I cancelled it, and it'll be credited eventually.

This has been the WORST experiences with an online store I have ever experienced, and I do majority of my shopping online/in apps. I cant believe how chaotic and unprofessional this has been. Turned off to ever shop online or in store.

My podiatrist told me i should get the hoka bondi 9, so that’s what i went for. There was a line to check in with an associate. So after waiting in line for about 10 min I told the girl with the iPad what i wanted to try on. She told me she could only get me one shoe at a time even though i told her i wanted to try 2 different pairs. Seems surprising to me i can only try on one pair when im there ready to drop almost $400 on 2 pairs of shoes. But whatever, i pick one color and one size and she tells me she will have it out for me shortly. 20 min go by, no shoes, no help, no nothing! I go back to ask what’s the status and someone else now has to request the shoes for me because there’s no request in the computer. Cool. Waited about another 15 min, finally got the shoes, Tried them on, i needed a smaller size. So i went up to 3 male associates who were all just talking to each other and asked if one of them could help me. The guy looked beyond bothered and proceeded to tell me that he and his associates were all helping customers so I’d need to go back and get in line to get on the wait list for someone to help me. Easily 30 people working there, not one could be helpful. I left and went across the street to REI and spent my money there. The store is full of bells and whistles but what’s the point if the service sucks?

ROAD RUNNER SPORTS IS A TRUSTED COMPANY. They kept me upto date on my order and package arrived quickly. I am very happy withb my purchase from Road Runner Sports.

I had to return a product, and they had me set up within one minute with everything I needed prior to going to UPS.

Bought the VIP membership long ago and it has paid off with discounts. We purchase shoes or apparel every year. Shipping is fast, returns are no hassle. Started using RRS decades ago. Quality and service have never wavered, Help by phone has also been excellent.

I have been a VIP member for many years. I appreciate the online selection and love the stores as well. I can always find what I want and the VIP benefits are fantastic offering great discounts.

Excellent product selection. I can often find older models of my favorite running shoes and save a significant amount of money. The VIP program also helps me save on purchases.

I have shopped at Road Runner sports for many years and have found they always have what I'm looking for and through membership I appreciate the discounts, free shipping and return policy. They carry Mizuno shoes and those can be hard to find though other retailers, and I've certainly scored some good deals on sale or in the outlet. Living in a small town I have limited access to a good selection of running gear and I'm glad Road Runner can fill that void.

They will send emails to you multiple times a day for advertising better just to buy off Amazon same price and don’t get bothered with all the emails

The process of purchasing and the selection of products was adequate enough to find what I was looking for. It made for a pleasant overall experience.

More than a decade ago I went to the local RR store routinely in Seattle. It was great. But I am pretty much an ASICs guy for the most part and I began to frequent the ASICs outlet store near me before they closed it down.

About three years ago I started using RR online and also visited their stores here again. The service has been exceptional, the VIP program may or may not be for you but I finally decided to upgrade to their most expensive option because I use the company enough to purchase shoes for myself and family.

There were some bumps with being able to connect my rebate $ to may account but that got resolved. Shoes ordered online arrive as expected. If for some reason I don't like a shoe or the size isn't right, it's no big deal for me to return it at a local store. The good news is, I generally know exactly what I'm looking for whether it's for marathon running, workouts or walking. It's the best deal around where I live.

I received a gift card for the Road Runner Sports in Laguna Hills. I attempted to purchase a pair of Hoka shoes. They had neither the size nor color of the shoes I wanted. Initially, the employee told me that Hoka does not make the size and color I wanted.
I ran a search on Hoka's website and found exactly what I wanted. I asked Alisha Mindon ,the store manager, to order the shoes I needed from Hoka and would pick them up from their store. She said I needed to take the shoes they had in stock or pick out something else to purchase. I explained to her that I only wanted the shoes that would fit me. I then asked her to return the money onto the CC that was used to purchase the gift certificate. She refused and said the owner, Andy Mindon, also would not return the money on to the CC even though they do not carry full product lines, and specifically the shoe I wanted. I bought direct from Hoka, saved money and shipping was free.

I love Road Runner Sports. I am a recurring customer but had trouble using my Road Runner Sports online cash benefit. The customer service guidance was excellent and walked me through the process with ease. The product shipped quickly and well packaged. I recommend Road Runner to anyone shopping for athletic wear.

You are a road runner’s dream. Paying 25% less on brand-new releases, a 90-day return policy, great customer service, and physical stores where you can actually get fitted properly—I honestly don’t know what more to ask for.

If you’re a runner, live in California, and are not a Platinum member of Road Runner Sports, you’re missing out big time.

But more than anything, I fell in love with running because of Road Runner Sports. I was dealing with major foot pain, and my podiatrist asked me to get properly fitted at Road Runner Sports and try their custom inserts.

That recommendation changed the game for me. The pain improved, my confidence grew, and running went from something I struggled with to something I genuinely love and look forward to.
