Went to buy a Range Rover and met Obi. Seemed nice and helpful so I bought it. But I was fooled! The car broke down last week (had it a month at that point) and the garage said it will cost £5000 to fix.

I don't know how many times I have had to contact Obi at Roadstar as he always says he's going to call back with a solution but never does. It's been nearly 3 weeks and still no word from Obi.

Please find somewhere else to buy your used car - not these people

Very poor company to deal with. Bought a car, half hour into the drive back, gearbox failed. They refused to help and said it was my problem now. Took 8 hours to get home and now having to take them to court.

Very poor experience with this company and especially with Paul who sold me a car that shouldn't even be on the roads and later found out to be in poor condition. When I tried to contact the garage they Ignored all phone calls and even hung up on me whilst trying to get my money back and return the car. When I managed to get hold of one of them using another number, they questioned why I didn’t check the car at the time, even though I am the customer and they are the dealership who should not be selling faulty cars. I'm now out shy of 10k with a dud car waiting to be collected, it's been 6 months and the way I have been treated by this garage is appalling. Very unprofessional, definition of crooked.

the worst company ever to deal with in last 17 years of my life in UK - apparently offered the highest bid through motorway for my car - 7 days ago , as per rules they were suppose to call me to collect the vehicle WITHIN TWO DAYS - BUT THEY DID NOT - called them to ask when they are coming to pick up the car - was told on Monday by some one called "obi" it will be Friday - 7th, ASKED HIM THAT IT IS A BANK HOLIDAY - HE SAID THE DRIVER IS WORKING ON FRDIAY - called again to confirm on Wednesday to ask if all is ok for them to collect the car - no one knew about the car , no collection date , was told that they will come back to me after speaking to " manager" - no one called back on Wednesday - I called back to ask again - was told the car will be collected on Friday - requested them to give me that in writing - was told they will email me but i didn't get any emails- called back again the next day to ask for approx time, the man called " amby " said he doesn't know when it will be picked and asked me to call back on Friday the day of collection - called back again to speak to a lady called " Emily " who told me she only works weekends and doesn't know anything what happens on weekdays and doesn't know who will be coming to pick the car up - asked her to call the driver and ask him/her to confirm the time for me if anyone is coming to pick the car - she said she will come back to me in 30 mins - OF COURSE SHE DIDN'T - called back again - no one replied my calls only for me to call back and was told she doesn't know if any one is coming to pick up my car and there is no one to confirm or speak to - ALL FRIDAY MESSED UP BY THIS SCAMMERS and TIME-WASTERS as by the time of this review posting no call no email no apology - STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE - SPOKE TO MOTORWAY TO PUT A FORMAL COMPLAINT

I would not buy a car from these thieves if my life depended upon it, the owner was rude and just out for the money i am sure a lot if the reviews are all fake and put on by the staff. AVOID AT ALL COST OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The car was not ready would not start had mould on the seat belts. If I'm spending £50k on a car then I expect so much more

Fantastic service from start to finish. Paul was a joy to deal with and made the whole process very easy. Even arranged delivery to Manchester at short notice. Car was impeccable. I would highly recommend these guys.

They made me feel welcome sorted everything out for me and transferred my number plate over too
After my initial reservation I went and bought my second car from them 9 months ago great part ex price too
Will be back before Xmas for my third car from them
Nothing is too much trouble issues are rectified immediately

Paul was great to deal with from the start and couldn’t have been more helpful. From almost instantly replying to my initial enquiry to seeing through all the steps involved to me collecting my car. The car was handed over in a great condition and any small details I asked for was done without hesitation.
