Bought a set of water filters and electric scrubbing brush. Water filter price was very competitive with 40% discount. Robert Dyas is one of the few shops which recycles the old water filters and one of the main reasons I shop there.

I want to rate a minus. I’ve been informed by evri, my items has been damaged beyond repair. When queried i have been informed simply contact Robert Dyas. Shocking process in 2026! A seamless process would prevent poor reviews!

Straight forward ordering with on time delivery. All stages of order and delivery process were provided to keep buyer fully informed.

Excellent an easy website to use.

Put an order in for a vidaXL Parasol Sand White on the 15th July, received order confirmation the same day. On the 16th July 2026 received another email form Robert dyer’s saying it was dispatched and another from Evri saying they are waiting for the parcel. Been checking Evri throughout the week only for it to say “we’re awaiting the parcel”, it states online the order shall be with me within 2-4 days and will be with me by the 22st July. On the 21st July I phoned to see where it was to be told they would speak to the supplier and ring me back or email me, nothing! Then on the 22nd rang again only to be told it’s been dispatched and they will send me a email ( the email was the same email that was sent on the 16th, confirming it was dispatched on the 16th July ). Phoned back up straight after only for them to say they would speak to the supplier and will ring me back at 17.00pm ( and I what a surprise nothing! ). The tracking on the 22nd from EVRI still states it’s waiting for the order.

Took my money but no delivery, told me you’ll get back to me and nothing…. angry 😡

Item was ready to be collect next day as advertised.

Received my order a few days earlier than expected which was great.
Very pleased with what I ordered.
I have had other items from Robert Dyas and I’ve always been happy with there deliveries.
And with the items Ive ordered.

I was looking for a mini garden hoe at Robert Dyas and found one (Wilkinson brand). The staff members were very helpful. At the counter, the staff member advised me to activate my My Dyas card online as it had been frozen. Helpful staff.

placed an order online Monday, the website stated this will be delivered by Wednesday 22nd, followed up by an email confirming this date. The day arrives and the order has not even been dispatched! i then called and requested a refund and as they have printed a label this can not be offered, i have to wait until it arrives whenever that may be before paying to send the item back for a refund.

don't advertise delivery dates if you don't intend to stick to them when customers rely on these for important purchases!

Excellent service, item arrived within 2 days and we are really pleased with it. The quality is better than we thought it would be, assembly was easy, as there was only 1 person doing it, took a few hours.
