I originally ordered this sunbed on 23rd June with a delivery date of 2nd July. That date then changed to 6th July, which I amended to 9th July due to being away from home. When the parcel arrived I only received the cushion and not the sunbed frame, I called Robert Dyas to advise and was promised a call back by close of business the next day, 10th July. I did not receive a call and chased again on 13th July. They had dealt with my call and promised that the sunbed would be delivered by 16th or 17th July, but no explanation to why I not been called or emailed to advise of this. I was very pleasantly surprised when the whole sunbed arrived the very next day. The sunbed and cushion are very comfortable and I am glad I ordered it but it was a shame the delivery was messed up.

Great search eingine brought me straight to the Brabantia rotary 30m, 3 arm dryer that I wanted. You had in stock and delivery was promised free and early the following week. Recommend this rotary had the same one for 10 years, so ordered it again. Great service from Robert Dyas and DX delivery couriers great communication & again once it left RD and delivery was brilliant. Thrilled new rotary firmly in place. Thanks everyone.

Delivery as promised, step stool as described, straightforward transaction.

Was told.delivery would be next day,a week later no items and an email.saying another week. Quick enough to take your money but poor service.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful as I was in a state as I first said I wouldn't be in today in answer to email saying collection today, but then decided to cancel what I was going out for so I did 2nd email saying I would be in so I rung & explained everything & she was very understanding & clarified with them I would be in today.

Item is not arrived on the day it was predicted. Also, I could not track this item as it was part of a double Delivery the first item had been delivered and it would not let me track the second part. Called customer service who tried to call the courier who apparently closes it at 4 pm in the afternoon. So still don’t know when it will arrive..

Great service, great product, delivery was earlier than stated, easy to order and item packaged extremely well and secure. Fabulous garden chairs best I have seen in a long time. Shocked at how great the quality and look of the items. Happy with the price as they look much more expensive great sturdy chairs. Would definitely recommend this company and product.

Required goods in stock and easily found. At checkout lady dealt with a Dyas app problem and sorted out spending some accrued credit.
