My kid had had this account for 6 years it gets hacked and conveniently there's nothing that you can do about it. Meanwhile, they're trying to steal money from his card and your answer to it is to create a new account. There should be some security in place for things like this and there's no way that you are unable to get in contact with a person , not just a chat a person. How are you allowing an email to be changed without verification from the email that is already linked this makes no sense.

Roblox used to be cool, and free, and open. However, now it's locked down, and all the features are behind evil schemes to steal your information or money. The corporation never should have appealed towards children, as it just lead to this. And also, appealing to children is evil. But the worst part is that Roblox shouldn't have had to do this because the parents shouldn't've even downloaded the game in the first place. They should've researched and realized there are like pedophiles on there. It's all pretty sad that Roblox ruined itself just to deal with pedo allegations. They didn't even change it when there were first pedos, there were waiting till people really hated them for it. Like what the heck. Also subscribe to Jaysymmetrical for cool videos.

I like Roblox i still play it often, but the updates dont really affect me but they are just useless, like changing friends to connections, removing classic faces, and probably more, this maybe wont affect me that much but these updates are very useless.

i wrote a request to speak with soemone from customer services for context i was writing to them as i had forgotten my password to my account and didnt add a number or email as recovery so i couldnt get into my accouny anyway i went to customer services sent off my rquest included all that i had looked up like my billing email and year the account was created in about 8 minuites since i sent it i got a message from a member of the customer support saying that they couldnt reset my password as i hadnt given them more detailed information which i know i did as i looked it up prior to writing the support request also how exacly am i meant to know what information to input if it doesnt actually say what i need to input also in the message there was nothing about what i can input next time or weither i could have given the information it was just a streat cut off and them asking if i wanted to create a new account which i didnt as i had made great progress in some games on the app overall im disapointed and would like improvements to the system ensuring that the information people need to input is clearly displayed and also that custome rservuce is ment to help the customer not give up cuz they didnt include alot of information that i would be willing to give to them if tbey had just asked

This game became absolute ASS after the new updates. No more chatting with people, the game feels empty and lifeless after these updates. Making fun of people with acne is NOT funny. Are we seriously removing customization items? AND adding makeup? Lets not forget about customization items also becoming more expensive. I hate seeing my childhood game ruined forever just because of some idiots THAT USE AI AS MODERATION INSTEAD OF PEOPLE. What do you mean "hey", "hello" and "hi" are censored?? Are we seriously banning greetings now? This platform is being handled and owned by idiots that RUINED EVERYTHING!!!!

The chat sucks I cant even say Hi anymore they have replaced faces the only thing keeping me playing is steal a brainrot. Roblox needs to fix chat where you can at least say Sub to Synced1tz! (My YT channel) so pls someone fix these trash updates!

This company cares more about their investors than their players, they make horrible updates and are helping predators. Like the dynamic heads look HORRIBLE and the age check doent even let you talk to everybody if you want to roleplay.

If I could, I would select -0 stars. I ordered a gift card as a birthday gift, admittedly without doing enough prior research. I saw the content issues and lack of control, even with parental controls supposedly in place. I understand technology is what it is and things can happen anywhere. My brother is a cop and I would be disinherited and locked away if I gave anything connected to this service to my nephew. I somehow came across a way to ‘communicate’ with customer service, so I sent a message asking to cancel the gift card. Their response was useless and ridiculous. Apparently I am not alone. The website might as well not even exist and I can’t fathom how they get away with what they do. No one that matters will see this I’m sure, but just offering my two cents. Save your money and run. Run far, far away from this company.

The game is going downhill. The new updates with the faces, the age verifications, putting people into age groups (which FAILS miserably) have really turned this app for the worst. They've become money hungry and filled with AI features and I will more than likely be deleting this game.

I really dislike roblox this game and the community around it. The game, called "So Crying Rn", keeps getting banned but the creators immediately relaunch it with almost the exact same content.
The game is filled with members from the 764 community and other similar harmful groups. These are people known for doing terrible things to children. A large portion of the players act very immature, like little kids, and the overall environment feels extremely weird and uncomfortable.
I believe this platform needs stronger enforcement. Even though governments and authorities are putting pressure (and sometimes taking financial measures) on the company, it still isn't doing enough to permanently remove these dangerous games and ban the people involved in these harmful communities.
The fact that these exploitative and predatory games can keep coming back shows that current moderation isn't effective. Something needs to change.

Roblox Support is ignoring a 28-day case (alex_753106). I have proof from Agent Monika that a permanent ban was a technical error (should have been a Warning). Support Lead went silent. Total refusal of service on a 2020 account. Avoid this platform
