Hello, thank you for your feedback. We have not removed any backup functionality from RoboForm. The ability to export an encrypted backup has always been available through the Windows or Mac installed application. This feature was never part of the standalone browser extension used on Linux. I was upset more at myself than RoboForm with low review. Whatever happened to my loss of access to RoboForm was my clumsiness, not RoboForm. I did not save my new password when changing email address because of a hack. I should have been more careful and done each change instead of trying to change both. RoboForm was very responsive to me and has always been for 25 years. Great product, great people. Ultimately by hook or crook or just plain luck, I was able to recover all my passwords, authenticators, etc. back to normal. Thank you RoboForm!!

Satisfied User for Years
I've used Roboform for years. It is an easy-to-use program that does what it is supposed to do, and it does it quite well. If you have a question, they are quick to respond. I'll continue to use Roboform as I find none better.

RoboForm product and support are fantastic
RoboForm support is fantastic. I have been a RoboForm customer since 2006 and when issues occured, their support has been very responsive.
RoboForm's ability to work across platforms is essential for me. The Safenotes component of RoboForm is at least as important as the password manager. It allows securely saving critical data.
