Really professional and a pleasure to deal with, she gave us really helpful and detailed advice and took her time with us without being at all pushy. We were delighted with the sofa and chair we eventually bought. Will certainly return in the future.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. If we wouldn't have been already convinced that we would buy our furniture, we would have never bought it. When we asked a question, we would get a very late responses if at all.

Lack of Customer Service and damaged item delivered
I recently purchased an entire living room set from this company, and I have been sorely disappointed with both the quality of the product delivered to me and the customer service I received.
Upon delivery, I discovered that one of the items, a table named OVNI, had significant damage to its varnish. Due to circumstances (travel), the discovery of the issues was delayed because I had to keep the table packaged inside my apartment for a couple of weeks.
I reached out to customer service (a form online to submit to the French headquarter). The response essentially did not address the issue and simply put it on me. At best, I was told, I might have received some varnish to fix the issue myself. The varnish was never delivered. This level of dismissiveness is beyond what I'd expect.
To make matters worse, the defect clerarly appears compatible with a metal tool or a scratch against a rough surface (concrete wall?).
Despite my efforts, both online, in person at their Berlin store and with the help of the consumer union, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful solution to repair the table. Instead, they have chosen to blame me for not contacting them within an arbitrary 24-hour window. This lack of accountability is appalling and speaks against commitment to customer satisfaction.
Update: i was offered a 200 eur voucher to be spent wothin 1 year. That sounds clearly like an upsell and considering the price of the items, it osund more like. discount on a new purchase. Still the initial issue is: the item was delivered with significant marks on border and table stand. Since I can't prove it was not caused during delivery or handling in the depot, I got a high end table with a significant damage. Thank you.
