I ordered the Paris vanity dressing…
I ordered the Paris vanity dressing table and stool and after waiting 3 months for delivery it has arrived damaged with two dents on the table top. Extremely disappointed and surprised the item would arrive to me in this condition - Roche Bobois is supposed to be a high quality luxury brand, I was not expecting this.
I raised my concerns with the Monaco store where I purchased it and was told that there is no option to have a refund for the damaged item but a technician would come and cover it up - this isn’t good enough, the item is in bad condition!
I won’t be ordering from them again.

The 3-month delivery period was communicated to you when you placed the order, as it involves the customization of a piece from our Collections. Upon delivery, you noticed a defect, and the delivery team took a photo and recorded it (image attached here : http://tinyurl.com/rbmonaco-sav1 ). I informed you that our technician would come on-site for an assessment and potential intervention. We will certainly replace the tabletop if necessary. Indeed, we do not refund orders, as stated in our sales conditions, which you signed.
I am also surprised by your message today, just like your husband's, as we have taken care of your intervention request. At Roche Bobois, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
I look forward to seeing you in the store to clarify the situation that seems contentious to you, even though we are doing our utmost to address it.

Paid 10 k for a couch and every single cushion in the couch squeaks like crazy ( I’m not kidding ) it’s like an old granny’s couch . I complained and I got a email back from the store manager Dianne saying I got the couch leg stuck in the floor wile moving the sofa i was absolutely gob smacked !!! They take no accountability for nothing and everything is the customers fault
I have posted a copy of the email on goggle reviews please cq it out it’s embarrassing I think they get there excuses from a jokes book

This is a disgrace of a company STAY…
This is a disgrace of a company STAY AWAY! They did damage to our flooring multiple times during the delivery. They broke one of the pieces on delivery and had to wait many months for a replacement. They say and promise one thing. Most of the furniture looks very very cheap and is poor made once you actually receive it. It looks like IKEA
