I ordered an e-cig that was equipped…

I ordered an e-cig that was equipped with 2 defective atomizers, I asked that they send me replacement atomizers which they did, however the replacement ones do not work on the model that I have. I paid extra to have new ones shipped and have yet to receive them, I have had the e-cig for a month now and still can't use it until I receive the correct parts.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, amazing price, and good product. The juice was about 10 dollars cheaper than where I normally get it.

Don't use USPS.

It's been a week since I ordered and I still haven't received my order yet. I know it's not your fault but you all should consider upgrading from USPS. I live one state over and I don't have my order. Everything else went very well. Just use a private delivery service.

EDIT....
Changed my rating cus I was wrong for blaming them for the slow postal service. The product I bought is great and I haven't smoke a cigarette since I received it. Thanks.

Hi Carlos,

You order was placed on Saturday, Nov 24 and shipped out Monday the 26th. I see it was delivered on December 3rd which was indeed after the estimated USPS date of November 29th. As you've already indicated, USPS first class shipping does not have a delivery date guarantee. We do also offer UPS and Fedex services which do guarantee delivery time but that are much more expensive.

I was specifically looking for the…

I was specifically looking for the eleaf istick pico 25, just the box mod, not a starter kit. I looked at several sites, but found the pico 25 in the color I wanted at the best price at Rock Bottom Vapes. The site also made it easy to purchase a few extra 18650 batteries that were highly rated at a good price as well.

I am pleased with my purchase from Rock Bottom Vapes and will shop there again!
