I have still not received an order I…

I have still not received an order I placed in October, and despite numerous attempts to contact Rockmans via the 1800 number, leaving details on the voicemail, and emailing through the 'contact us' form, no one has bothered to contact me.
I am now at the stage where I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal, and I will be very hesitant to place further online orders with Rockmans.

Fraudulent, unreliable online store. Worst ever.

I've ordered 5 items on Rockmans online store. It was delivered but only 4 items. It wasn't the 1st time Rockmans did like that. I could only contact them by an online form. Only ticket received I could get. It's very poor service. No response at all for the missing item. No refund could be made. Rockmans online store is actually fraudulent. Anyone who wants to purchase clothing on this online store please be aware of losing money.

missing items from delivery, no refund and they don't care

I ordered for the first time on line and the full order wasn't delivered.
I've tried to contact Rockmans and the only communication is via email, and surprise surprise 2 months and 3 emails later. no refund for the missing item, no response from Rockman and the worst service I've received. Do not use them.

Not to be trusted - Dont buy online

Never in 15 years of online shopping have I experienced a worse company than this.
After the order was 1 month late, I tried to cancel the order.
I rang and got - no answer,
I used the massage form twice on the website as they advise and received ticket numbers - No Response
I emailed and tried to cancell order - no response
I then went to Paypal and tried to cancel the order - after weeks of no response rockmans sent a tracking number.
I recieved the product - similar but not to the specs of the one advertised.
I then tried to make a claim thru paypal - denied as it was "simlilar" to the one advertised.
I chucked the product in the bin as it was not safe to use.
SHAME ON YOU ROCKMANS.

Buyer beware!! DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

What a SHAM! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered some clothes items and a week later I received some random wrong items (possibly someone else's order) which I thought may be an honest mistake. Tried to call their customer service line, and they are not taking calls. Contacted them 3 times by email with no response. Went through Paypal to get a refund and Rockmans replies the very next day through Paypal, that they already sent the items to me - which was the wrong parcel I received and had advised them of several times!!

I wonder how many other people they have done this to, A LOT it looks like from reading other customer reviews on the internet, and their own Facebook page. They seem to be advertising big sales online, taking peoples money when they know they don't have the stock. Also looks like they are sending out wrong orders or incomplete orders and then arguing they have supplied full order, or otherwise just never replying to customers emails, shutting down their phone lines and basically non existent customer service. Shameful.

I probably wont see my money back, but I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from dodgy Rockmans or any other associated Mosaic Brands company again, lesson unfortunately learned.

I placed an order 19/5, first excuse was Covid nearly 4 weeks later, countless emails have been sent, a lot of crap comes back, now they can't find my order, over a week ago i asked for a refund, still haven't heard back from them. I can't find a phone number to call them, customer service is TERRIBLE, I spent nearly $140 online and I fear that I have been ripped off, I will keep hounding them till I get a response. I will NEVER buy on line from them again. Don't make the same mistake as me

I placed an order and almost a month…

I placed an order and almost a month later am still waiting for it to be delivered, so I contacted them and they have said my order has been cancelled and refunded as they were unable to supply me with my items. They didnt at any point let me know it had been cancelled and I have NOT received any refund. I would never shop with them again.

Unreliable and Unresponsive

I ordered some items from Rockmans 3 months ago. I ordered under the pretence that the it would be sent out at the start of April and would receive it by mid April. After not receiving them within the promissed time frame I received an email from Rockmans on 20 April advising they wouldn't be sent until May. I requested several refunds from them over the following couple of weeks as I no longer required the items due to the delay and had purchased elsewhere. Rockmans ignored all my refund requests and finally sent the items on 14 May. I returned them and requested a refund AGAIN. Instead of refunding me they returned the items to me telling me they were non-refundable. I sent them back again with copies of all my previous correspondence requesting refunds ... before they sent the items out!! 2 weeks after receiving confirmation from Australia Post that they received my package back I still haven't received a refund and haven't received any correspondence either. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I love rockmans clothes

I love rockmans clothes, but WILL NEVER buy online again. I understand times are difficult at the moment with covid 19, but when you place an order and pay for it, you expect some customer service, I ordered 3 items a few weeks ago, winter will be over by the time I receive them! If I receive them

rockmans is good and fun

i shop online and instore at rockmans all the time they are great. The online is so easy and returns are easy as well i love it when they tell you the type of material the clothing are then you can work out the sizing. Only a couple of time have i ordered something and they refunded me the money back when i could see that they still had the product in stock and in the size i ordered. overall i give rockmans the BIG THUMBS UP keep up the good work

Awful experience!

I placed a click and collect order on 2 March 2020. Still no word on 4 June 2020. I have raised 4 service tickets and called numerous times holding for 30 minutes and then being disconnected. Awful experience, shocking customer service! Do not support this group.

I also think the clothes that are on sale are the dregs and look second hand. I washed the shirts before wearing , and they will be going into the bin. Fraying hems and split seams. They have a price tag of $59.95 , who are they kidding!

Terrible services

Terrible services. Ordered hand sanitizers in the md of March, paying $66 for 10 sanitizers. By the 25th of May, when things came back to normal and you could buy it at any shops for normal price, sanitizers still were not delivered yet.
