Great stuff

AWFUL! They do not respond to emails. They take all your information and then you never you hear from them again.

Awful and terrible customer service. They don’t reply to emails at all. Was looking to find out how to purchase their items, never got an answer. If that’s how you treat customers then good luck (not)!

Quality is shit my entire t-shirt threads got undone at all the seams.

I can't imagine how they keep up with so many items. And every week they are adding to their extensive catalogue. It's amazing. Their prices are the best and, if you love the Beatles or Stones, this is the place to be. The selection is unbelievable. The staff is friendly, responsive and super helpful. We've only been working with Rock Off for less than a year now and already our customers are commenting about how much better our inventory is. Great company.

We have used Rockoff Trade for years and years now. Throughout that time, we have barely had any issues, and if we have, they have always been dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily. They are a great team to work with and their product quality standard is at a much higher level than others. I can honestly say, we’ve never had a single product quality complaint from our customers. Okay, I’ve just remembered there was one shirt with a ‘skewwhiff’ print which got sorted immediately, and the other million were fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to vouch that Rockoff Trade are a wonderful asset to our business.

I have been buying from RockOff almost weekly since about 2013.
I'm probably one of their smallest customers if not the smallest, but I feel they treat me as being just as important as one of their big Global customers.
Emails responded to within an hour.
Every question I ask, no matter how random, is politely and informatively answered.
Delivery is very quick.
Price is very fair.
When I have a particular requirement for a customer they get the item to me as quickly as possible.
I used to use 3/4 suppliers including RockOff but now I only use RockOff as I feel the
others were only interested if my placed order was big.
A wide range of Stock which seems to be getting even more diverse which is great.
All in all, I'd be in a hole quite often if I had
to rely on other suppliers.
So I now only buy from RockOff 👌

I have been dealing with Rock Off Trade for many, many years now. They sell awesome official licensed quality music clothing that our customers just love! We have dealt with Rock Off for a number of years now. We are a small Independent online retailer, placing between one and three orders per week. Its very very rare that there is an issue with an order. Even then, all it takes is a quick email and its all sorted by the next time we receive an order. The same goes for any issues when on the odd occasion stock is faulty, there is never any discussion, its just sorted quickly and efficiently, no messing about. Queries are also attended to in a timely and professional manner, usually within the hour. When you ask a question you get an honest, straight answer no corporate double speak or wishy washy nonsense, its always straight and to the point.

It seems to us, from our experience, that Rock Off is made up of people who share our values of good old fashioned customer service with a can do attitude, nothing is too much trouble, they really try their very best for their customers.

While their range of licensed merchandise is pretty massive, we find the website is great to order from, easy to navigate, and for the most part available qts are fairly accurate, pricing is very fair for the quality of merchandise supplied. Its all done with a minimum of fuss, we place an order Monday morning and usually by the Wednesday or Thursday its at our door.

While we have had some issues with the quality of some t shirts in the past, again, we told our sales contact about the issues and this was forwarded on to the owner, and were assured that changes would be made. So they definitely listen to their customers.

The only criticism we could level at them would be that occasionally there can be some inconsistency when designs are replenished, print designs can vary in colour and the blanks used for the tees can sometimes also be inconsistent, also some tees come with a neck print one time and then the same tee may come in again without. Sometimes tees have got swing tags and sometimes the same tee doesn't. So that would be the only one thing we would like to see improve in the future.

All in all however, as already mentioned, the quality of product supplied is generally excellent and service is really top notch. Also worth mentioning is that unlike some other merch distributors, Rock Off are trade only and don't compete against you by retailing their products as well, which was a big plus point for us and a major factor in seeking them out as a supplier. So overall, we are very happy with Rock Off and can only recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good reliable licensed merchandise supplier.

Great customer service, good quality of products!

Been buying stock for my small shop for number of years from these guys - always pleased with items, only once had wrong item sent and was sorted quickly .Only put down to 4 stars as a lot of the t shirts don’t come with labels in the back which means I have to price and security tag through the fabric which can cause small holes
