I booked an appointment through your booking system was impressed how i was always kept update through the process before my appointment was confirmed at my chosen hairdressers. Will definitely use this system again in the future!

good when it works
Booked twice with them. The first occassion went smoothly and I got a good deal, but on the second occassion the hairdresser I booked through them cancelled the apointment on the day.

Easy to use
Brilliant! Especially when the hairdressers isn't open you can prebook and just wait for confirmation.
As am a naturally forgetful person I love the idea of this site. Although there should be a way they can see if the appointment is already booked.
Other than that I'm happy with the company's service and quickly rectified my booking that overlapped with another customer.

Great way of booking your appointment
Really easy to use as you can book anytime you like so very convenient. You get a confirmation text and email too so easy to remember your appt. Only feedback from me is that sometimes you get several texts telling you the same thing. Might be a glitch and only a minor thing.

Last minute perfect cut at great Fitzrovia salon
I am a lazy cutter and shop around for the best price. I found a perfect and super friendly hairdressers with 5 staff in Fitzrovia. I had a colour and cut and went back for a fringe. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return too. The app itself is great, especially if you're not attached to a certain colourist or cutter. Easy interface and plenty of options. Will use again and have recommended to many!

Complete and utter waste of time
I decided to book into my usual salon through Rock Pamper Scissors as I was on holiday and thought it would be easier to book online rather than spend a fortune calling from abroad. I was able to choose a timeslot and book, making it seem like a very easy process. However, I soon received a message to let me know the slot I'd booked wasn't actually available and I had to choose an alternative. All of these changes had to be conducted via text message (so I wasn't saving by booking online at all!). Eventually I was able to arrange a new timeslot. However, once I arrived at the salon it turned out that they had no record of my booking and the whole exercise had been a complete waste of time! Will never use again!

We're appalled at the service you've had here, and would love the opportunity to put it right.
As our booking system is in realtime, there are rare occasions where requested slots are booked by walk in clients in the short space of time busy salons can take to confirm them, but in all cases we'll contact clients by text, phone and as a back up, email, to ensure we can find a slot that works even if clients can't get to a phone.
In terms of turning up for an appointment that wasn't booked, that should never, ever, happen.
We'd like to take a look at this in more detail to ensure the salon in question is taking bookings according to our use policy, and ensure this is our right with you personally.

Quick and easy online booking
This was a really easy to use online booking process and so quick. You get an email and a text confirming your appointment once you have booked. The text even tells you the price you will pay at the Salon, this is a great idea! Highly recommended!
