Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I'd rather just book using the hairdressers actual website.

A haircut has always been one of the last things on my priority list.
Discovering this service at my new hairdressers has taken the faff out of booking and keeping an appointment.
I can always get the hairdresser I want, at a time that suits me, and am 100% more likely to actually get my hair cut when it needs doing, and enjoy it when I go.
Huge thumbs up!

Excellent highlights. Visited for the f I eat time and was not disappointed with cut and good quality highlights.

I would say it is fairly easy to use, with the disadvantage that if booking is done at the weekend, confirmation is received only on Monday. Otherwise a good experience, it allows the liberty to surf through the calendar of hairdresser.

Excellent, great staff, great service, great online booking process..5 star service from booking process to final appointment!! I would recommend without hesitation!!

I loved the vibe inside the salon, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I did have to wait almost 10 minutes over my alloted appointment time, but they were quite busy. It would also have been nice to be offered a drink or something and take my coat while I waited. I was very pleased with the result and I got lots of compliments about my hair. The online booking is amazing, so easy to do!

This was a fast service and convenient to when I was free to book my haircut.

I love the idea of the site - it's so good to be able to book my hair anywhere and see reviews of new places. However, both times I have used the website the place has called and rescheduled my appointment claiming the appointment slot is already booked.

Couldnt think of a better app where you can now book your appointments online and get straight in! Excellent! :)

Abysmal non-existent service & now breaching Data Protection Act too.

Much more user friendly and they keep you in the loop when you're booking can't be fulfilled. They'll always find another slot for you to avoid any disappointment.

And easy to do and good to see what the availability is so can be flexible ( as need to arrange childcare). Even though my chosen booked appointment time wasn't available they callled me

Booking my appointment this way was so much quicker than contacting every salon individually to see if they had appointments available on the day I needed. Only thing I could suggest to improve was the amount of reminder texts - I received way too many! One text on the day of the appointment would be sufficient

I've never used Rock Pamper Scissors to book an appointment before until recently.
Regular reminders of my appointment at Westrow were very much welcomed as i was rather busy before hand and I'd put it to the back of my mind.
Without a shadow of a doubt will use RPS again and will recommed to friends and family and would encourage others to do the same.

A really great service, much easier than phoning in!

The site is easy to access and intuitive making bookings simple. It is also adaptable coping with phone, tablet and laptop site versions. Overall very happy with the service. Also very happy with Portland Barbers who always do an excellent job.
