The dark chocolate mint creams were a gift for a friend who usually has Benedict’s. He enjoyed the chocolates. However, I was offered one to try and although the chocolate was a better quality, with a... See more

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Stuff is expensive for the size but the quality makes up for it.
Will buy again.
Excellent quality chocolate but Rococo tissue requested not sent.
The quality of the chocolate can always be counted on and the tin for the scorched dusted almonds was beautiful for a gift. I request some of your lovely Rococo tissue, though, to wrap the gift in but this wasn't sent. In the past you have sent this and it really adds to the pleasure.
This company has consistently failed to…
This company has consistently failed to deliver a simple box of chocolates to a near European address and make’s unacceptable excuses. Despite seeking assistance I was fobbed off by customer service agents who blamed the European post office itself but failed to make any effort to contact them where the parcel was held. In the end I had to contact the foreign post office myself and the intended recipient was able to prove my purchase details using information that I had provided. Since then I asked to communicate with management and although my complaint was passed on I have received no response. This is not the first time the company failed to deliver to the same address at Christmas, despite my communications with them. Rococo Chocolates were a good company when I first started using them for postal gifts over 20-years ago. Since BREXIT they have become increasingly inefficient and with a poor customer service beyond standard email apologies.
international shipments
I submitted a modest order for an international shipment. They were separated into two shipments for some reason. However, it was if they read my mind because the most important box came first- right on time before travel. All is truly well and utterly delicious.

Very well packaged but did seem excessive. Delivered fairly promptly.
Very tasty
Very tasty - pity they didn't arrive in time for what I intended, but not the end of the world.
Delicious Valentine's
Valentine's chocolates delivered promptly. Lovely box; delicious chocolates!
The quality was fantastic!
The quality was fantastic!
It was packaged beautifully and arrived quickly!!
Such a great experience.
Bad packaging
The box of chocolates was just shoved in the shipping box with very little protective padding. The chocolate box was not closed properly so the chocolates went everywhere inside the shipping box. Not something I wanted to deal with on Valentine’s Day. The chocolates are nice but nothing special.
quick delivery and delicious chocolates
Half of the order has not arrived after nearly 2 weeks
Half of the order (ORDER #210435) made on 6 Feb which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days still has not arrived and it was for Valentine's Day.
the chocolates were out of the original…
the chocolates were out of the original red box which was opened and all mixed up in the brown box. the dividers were disintegrated. i feel that it was not secured properly before shipping.
Very badly packaged
Very badly packaged. By the time they were delivered the tiny bits of tape had come off and the lid came off, so I ended up having to pick all the chocolates out after they'd been smashed about. Not the £70 gift experience I was hoping for, Rococo might want to consider better tape all around the box.
Awful company
Awful company. Ordered £70 valentines chocolates that turned up as a chocolate tombola as so poorly packaged. The chocolates were in a dirty box and ruined. I tried to complain but the arrogant “luxury” brand ignored me. Buy Cadbury’s!!!
