I purchased from you guys the Aquaglide Chelan 140 on Saturday 09th August 2025. I was given great advice, on the best paddle to use, which was the VE Explorer 230 -240cm and also the correct hand pump to purchase. Got out on Sunday at Drake holes and had one of the most amazing days out on the Chelan. I paddled first time in a Kayak, last time when I was a kid over 50 years ago. I paddled on Chesterfield canal for six hours, just did not want to go home. What an amazing time. Will most certainly be back in the your shop, for other great products to enhance my enjoyment of a very beautiful distraction from every day life. I had a problem with my dive computer I contacted kieron at the dive team well he was excellent he had a refund for my old one and new one on its way the next day excellent service well done

George gave very good, specific advice that was really useful and the product was dispatched quickly.

Amazing service from Berkley at Robin Hood Watersports! I mentioned my bindings were starting to go, when we met at the Rooky Rumble stand, then he remembered to reach out to me with availability and price the next day. Delivery was fast and the new bindings arrived just in time for a week away at 313 cable park. Perfect!

Quick delivery and excellent product. Shorty wetsuit bought as a gift but unfortunately the style proved to be unsuitable. Returns process easy as you like and very quick to issue refund. Highly reccomend.

These guys are great to work with, I purchased some bindings for my new wakeboard, straight away, I was contacted informing me that the were going to be delayed, very kindly, they gave me an alternative ( which actually is a better product!) so I agreed to this and was very grateful for their honesty!!
