Can’t recommend this company enough,I filled in the online form to sell my Rolex on Saturday evening and received a friendly call the following day with a fair valuation and offer for the watch ! I explained that I was waiting for other offers to come back to me and I would consider all the choices before accepting the price and they was very understanding about that and said to call back if I wanted to take the offer ! The offer from them (rwt) was the best so I called Wednesday morning to accept and make arrangements for transaction, this went smoothly and I was made to feel confident in doing this deal with a valuable item. We met later that day through great communication and the money was paid straight away and then we parted with the watch. Great service from a professional company. Thanks Asil

Initial contact by this client was via email. I will always make immediate contact calling them. If there is no answer I will follow up with WhatsApp message where he then makes immediate contact.
He would refuse to make a call insisted all communication was via WhatsApp whilst trying to sell us a watch for circa £9,500
I will never buy anything from a new lead without a conversation on the phone. Who would.

Felix .. Bought a watch via Chrono24 where prior to checkout it clearly informs the buyer who is based in Miami USA of the customs fees applicable when buying from a UK seller.
We delivered the exact watch as described, with no complaints in regards to the watch.
How we or Chrono24 are to be held responsible is mind boggling when the buyer fails to read the order prior to making the payment.
