Offered us a 2021 dated Rolex 126284RBR and would only communicate via text. Informed us the watch they were looking to sell on had been serviced by (quote) "a friend abroad who services Rolexes for a living".
Anyone who has bought a watch from us in the past will know any of our serviced watches are all done by the relevant manufacture service centre as this is the only route for total peace of mind paired with a fully documented service which adds excellent provenance. A service by any other person is worthless in any marketplace.
If a recent service has been done by an unauthorised watchmaker then we will not buy the watch which is company policy.
We also have the same model for sale at the same asking price the seller was hoping to achieve.
I offered to discuss the matter over the phone Tav Jacobs decided at this point to block contact with us on WhatsApp.

Bought a £50k watch from Asil who went above & beyond to accommodate me at my convenience late Sunday night.
The watch was consistent with what was advertised and the sale completed with professionalism and without any concerns.
I am impressed with Asil’s conduct and the watch.
I will now only turn to him for any future purchases.
