I have compared the crazy horse leather I brought from this supply with two three uk suppliers and one italian supplier to verify the quality and to determine if it is genuine leather.

The crazy horse leather sold from this supplier is like vinyl, despite being advertised as a full grain, veg tan leather. The smell is like vinyl, the the flesh side has clear uniform grain lines, like a woven fabric indicating it is manmade.

Due to this disappointing purchase, I will not be ordering or recommending this supplier.

Since the estimated delivery date passed, I have attempted to contact Rolford Leather multiple times. I have been met with absolute silence. Calls are either ignored or go straight to voicemail without a return message. The complete lack of professional communication and the failure to provide the product I paid for is unacceptable. I require an immediate update on my shipment or a full refund. Future customers should be aware that if something goes wrong with your order, this company will not communicate with you.
