Rollbit just disabled my account permanently and their reason was that I was using multiple accounts, i have a brother and he has a Rollbit account too, sometimes he would use his account on my PC and Rollbit says that we don't believe you have a brother and you are using multiple accounts and they just scammed us out of around 140 dollars, 70 dollars mine and about 67 dollars of my brother, worst website ever, my advice is "never use rollbit, they will literally rob you" idk why i ever made a Rollbit account in the first place

Manipulation. They will ask you for Level 3 KYC if you get withdrawals and will keep funds hostage.

I have deposit around 100 USD in ETH. Just to test how the site worked, I bet on sports, I won a bit, I made a small withdraw of around 200 USD.

It worked! So I keeped betting, lost, deposited again around 200 USD, and won again.

And now, the problems arise. When I try to withdraw the money, they asked me for KYC (understandable), but what's the big surprise, I am/wasn't allow to play because of my nationality! But they didn't say it anywhere (usually if one country is not allowed you can't access with IP from that country directly). So they took this as an excuse not to pay me (at least they let me withdraw one fraction of my deposit, THANK YOU (irony)).

Do you have any doubt that if I lost in first instance they NEVER WOULDNT have refunded me my deposit?

The fact that for a crypto casino they offer "matic" as a core asset, however if you ATTEMPT to deposit $MATIC ON the actual MATIC chain, you are told you are out of luck - because they only take matic on the ETH chain - which makes no sense when talking about a chains native assets.

I am ranked gold 3 - which means I've wagered several hundred thousand dollars on the site and the fact the support refuses to do ANYTHING is shocking.
