Worst experience I have ever had with any crypto casino. I was a platinum member with close to $1 mil turnover for about 10-11 months, their customer support can't be even discussed - only general messages, super bad, I self-excluded myself - they decided the best decision is to go away, did not offer me any kind of option to come back, no rewards, nothing. They even went further, all the money I played, they think is so good they won't reward me and give me back my rakeback. Worst experience of any casino I ever had for 15 years. Hope and I really hope none of you ever register ever, your money or feel for casino will be 0 to minus 9999

They are scammers! I bet on sports, if I won, they always paid. But recently they limited the withdrawal of funds, and asked to go through verification. I sent all the documents, they accepted them. But now they ask me to report other accounts that I allegedly own. But I don’t have them! I always had one account, I never created others. Support works disgustingly, they answer once a day. And each time they ask to report the accounts that they came up with. In fact, they just don’t want to give my winnings! Do not register with them, this is a very bad company!

Rollbit is a leader in the online casino arena. As a gambler the site has been super attractive to me between there slots and the nft jackpot. Not to mention you can get loan with no interest as long as you pay it back in full in 30days up to 90k I believe. I've lost a total of 96k on this site but I have fun doing it lol. Total of 2.6mil wagered.
I have gambled on Stake, Roobet, Gamdom, 500casino, Shuffle and Rollbit. I do minimum bet 20 cents spin. I have never seen so many deadspins as i have on Rollbit. It's absolutely disgusting. They say oh it's all luck, but when you do minimum bet spins the sample size defies luck. ALL the other site you have win some lose some, but on rollbit it's just LOSE! this week alone was the absolute worst, I deposit twice $144 that produced 3 bonus paid $25 combined, then $90 that gave ONE bonus that paid $1.20.

i had a deposit of 270 dollars which didn't went through. therefore I turned to a customer service supporter (razor) who helped me receive the money again. I tried and deposit again but it didn't go through again. which was strange because I have always used paybis to deposit with. but yes, it didn't go through and that's why I contacted customer service again.
I met a guy called benji, which is no use. He ignores what I write and seems very indifferent to what I have to say. I would really like some help, because I have deposited 270 dollars which have not gone through for the second time. I can understand from Benji that it was from the house the first time. but I didn't feel I was informed about it. I see it as scam when you omit information. especially because I have always been a costumer here with rollbit for a long time, but I simply don't want to deal with it if it's like this. then I leave this page. i can understand u guys dont support base network. but since i have used it for over a year now. i simply doesn't understand this situation.

After i posted review here, rollbit answered for it like "contact our support, we will help you"
I texted to support, they telling same like "list your other accounts"
But i said them a lot of times that i havent got any other accounts on their platform.
ALL GAMBLERS you need to know - Don't come here, they are big scammers.
No withdraw, no help, just scam. They only wanna keep your money and that's all.

Be very careful of this company. I joined for sports betting, deposited funds, then couldnt find the sports betting option
I then spoke to customer services who said 'Sports betting is not available for UK customers'
When I asked to withdraw my funds they said 'Terms and conditions mean you have to wage your whole deposit on our games before you can withdraw!
Very misleading in my opinion, I'll be raising this with my bank, as it didn't make it clear on sign up that sport betting is not available for UK residents and then to refuse withdrawal of funds is very dodgy
Further update - 'Caleb' from Online chat said they would raise it as a ticket then just disappeared and ignored any chases from me...
Further update 2 - They've now stopped me being able to log in. Tried to reset password and I get a message saying account does not exist.
Onto customer services who have sent me new password links, but still wont let me into my account
and I'm now getting a message saying 'my account is unavailable' - Raising with the bank now, but STAY AWAY from this company at all costs
Update 3 - Since I wrote this review, they have refunded me my stake
Rollbit wager volume is fake and they are selling from other wallets, while doing buy backs and burns. that's why $RLB is just going down.
Fix the price if you are legit, so that investors can trust you

I have played on many gambling sites and this one has the lowest RTP. If you don't care about losing money, you can play here. To me it's all a scam, your account is completely controlled and your money will slowly flow away without even a slight fluctuation.

Extrem greedy scamer controlling the games gives you one time takes everything late. Don't waste your time and money at this scamers. This is not gaming it's fraud and scam on a another level.

Scammers!
My account got disabled for "KYC circumvention" even though I did KYC and I didnt broke any of their rules. Now they can't give me my money back that I had before disabled and support keeps ignoring me.

If you're reading this, please do not ever use this casino. Most positive reviews here are likely bots or they were paid.
I'll start with the one positive about the casino;
The interface is good and they have a huge variety of games.
Now onto the negatives;
The chat moderators here are awful, if you say anything about losing in the chat or "insinuate" anything, they'll mute you for a week+, they love to use the word insinuate. A few moderators in particular are dreadful, DLL, Puck and Mushinsi, these 3 make the experience 10x worse than it has to be.
The mods will regularly run "battles", this is the sites way of making as much money out of you as possible as if them running less than 5% RTP was not enough, you essentially buy a bonus and go against 5+ other people, if you lose you lose your entire buy and a % goes to the person who was first place, the losses don't add up to what they should so Rollbit takes a huge chunk of it.
The reward system is the worst reward system I have ever come across, incredibly predatory - any rewards you get from being a regular customer are split over a 30 day period, that's right, they want you to log on every 8 hours and press "claim" and its split up into tiny chunks, like $1-5$ at a time, I suppose from a business perspective this is maximum gain and its almost like they are giving no bonuses as they know full well you will gamble it as soon as you get it.
The slots here play absolutely awful, i've honestly never experienced slots that play as bad as they do here. They have recently "sponsored" a UK premier league football team which on the face of it sounds good like they could be legit, but when you look at their UK site it is clear it was created purely to advertise Rollbit and their "non" UK site, nobody with a braincell would play on their UK site because the slots are about 300 years old and were probably the first iteration of a slot machine, purely a stunt to have a legal presence in the UK so they could sponsor a team to create the maximum amount of gamblers.
TLDR; Do NOT play at this site, there is nothing good about this place and you are guaranteed to lose, casinos are already rigged to win but at least most of them make it fun in the process, this site randomly flags your account, stops withdrawals or mutes you for a year if you give any indication of a negative experience at Rollbit.
It is almost comical that all the countries they are restricted on playing on Rollbit are the ones that play on Rollbit and account for 95% of their revenue, they make no attempt to stop restricted countries playing because they know full well the countries that are not restricted with their license have no money to play.
I would love to see this shut down, and the owner put in prison as well as his degenerate mods in the chat, they are awful and do not deserve the oxygen they breath.
Do not fall for their stupid premier league sponsorship scam, its purely to create a legal presence in the UK to collect more revenue on their "restricted" site.

Rollbit is a terrible website if you are a winning sports bettor. They will let you play their casino or be a losing sports bettor but the second you win they will ban you and shut down your account. I am a good tennis bettor and was banned after just 2 weeks with over $4000 in the account. Never allowed to re-open or withdrawal. I would recommend using Pinnacle or SX bet which are both much safer betting site

Tried to withdraw my winnings via solana
double checked the crypto address it was fine when I clicked withdraw...
some time had passed no notification on my crypto wallet.
checked my withdrawals section and they had gone to a completely random address?
asked customer services to help they say there's nothing they can do.
300$ GONE
I have no issues on any other sites I play on... not happy
