Skeptical about this casino yet will need to take a chance. Just need a honest opinion

I'm going to move into the building. I don't know how I feel at the casino yet. I'm having problems trusting the $200 deposit before withdrawal issue. If somebody could please let me know that everything will be okay or if everything is not okay that'd be great. I see the reviews and it's about 50/50. I hate taking chances on 50/50 but I'm willing to do it especially now that I have the $200 to spend and maybe to lose. But if I could get a pretty good advice on this, I would definitely cash out and be willing to pay the $200. I'm not saying exactly how much I have, but it's pretty well. Almost surreal too. Good to be true. Let me know if somebody out there who's pretty honest

SCAM WEBSITE - STOLE MY MONEY

Registered, did 4-level KYC. Deposited money, placed one single bet on a big sports match - won.

My account was disabled for breaching TOS "abusing sports book". They stole my money and support completely ignores my messages.

No other info provided.

Scam website.

Rollbit are scammers and thieves.

I was falsely accused of using multiple accounts without any evidence or arguments provided. They ignored my requests to justify their accusations. For a month of playing without profit, they were fine with it. But after my first successful day, they banned my account and blocked access to my funds. And this happened on micro stakes!

Stay away from these thieves.

Lets fight against scammers together people!

AVOID THIS Website! They will scam you. My account is fully verified I won 2k in sportsbook played some casino game, and when i wanted to withdraw my funds they said i have other Rollbit account. When i asked more details they didnt answer to it just repeating that i have list my other accounts like for next 90% people here. When truly we all have one and the first account in the Rollbit. So I wil create email where all you guys can send me your complains and i will send them to Curacao and later we can look for a lawyer in the UK and seek justice by coming together as one and showing that we are simply victims of criminals. I am also considering finding a journalist who could conduct an investigation and create a report on YouTube about these unfair practices, which I believe could help many people avoid such problems in the future. I am still trying to believe that everything can be resolved and that this is simply a human error on the part of Rollbit employees. I hope we can clarify the situation peacefully.

Scammer

Rollbit.com is a scammer site.
I didn't take the time to explain my case but read carefully what happened to me.
I played sports betting normally and the day I wanted to withdraw they closed my account, being merciless.
I carried out the in-depth KYC (I have never had so many supporting documents to provide compared to other bookmakers but it doesn't matter, I provided all the supporting documents).
In addition, they wanted to verify my identity by doing a Google meet session (knowing that I do not speak English well).
I could barely hear the person on the other end of the line, I didn't understand what they wanted to say to me.
When I hung up, I wanted to write to support to let them know that I couldn't hear well and that they could call me back. And it was not my surprise that my account was definitively closed because I did not validate the KYC process and that I abused sports betting (I must have made around twenty bets...) and of course that the balance would not be returned to me.
Then I never got any other feedback from them, scandalous. Scammers

This site is the worst site I have ever…

This site is the worst site I have ever used, its full of minors, the odds ooooo the odds...
I have played many case sites, I play on actual casino sites. I under stand the games I play but not being able to hit 2 gems on 11 mines let alone 3 or 4 or 5 which a blind monkey could do as its pretty easy is literally harder then playing 20 mines and hitting 2 gems on any other site. its normal to lose this isnt about loss this is about game integrity. many times i flipped a gem over then poof its suddenly a skull and i said I regulary play on 20 mines anywhere else, the games are actually rigged, the cases are insanely rigged also. meaning you will roll and land on an item it will stop on the item then move to the lowest one, if you land on the lowest one it will not move forward in the same manner. it will either do that or just dead spin and give you a tiny "win" then repeat. I feel like some kids hit on a case site and opened their own lol even the mods are rude to users calling them useless and to depo which was o.O not normal.
There is no Kyc which is apauling considering its theme, and it shows.. the look of the site is great though but that house edge is WAY up there.
Also many people have lost the robux they deposit do to a "linking error" as i was told in chat, and they cant even withdraw. I honestly think this site should be looked into by the authorities and shut down.
I would give it 0 stars if I could. As an experienced online gambler I highly suggest not using this site, if you need a bit of convincing just click people in the leader boards almost every one of them No profit. Some you can tell went hard and said nope and pulled out. horrible,

From what we can determine above, it seems you have played our house mines game. We recently strived to improve the provably fair system which is commonly used across the industry. Our improvements were reviewed, scrutinized and approved by the online community (with even some historic sceptics voicing their support of the changes implemented). As such each game round can be verified immediately following the result being posted. We simply cannot change a predetermined position.

As primarily a casino, we are not a 'case' site, and our NFT loot boxes are again, provably fair.

Our moderators and support staff are considered best in industry and would never call a user 'useless' or encourage them to deposit as you suggest. We would be very interested if there was any substantiation to this claim, as this would not be in keeping with our usual high standards of service in this area.

You statement regarding KYC is also incorrect. We are one of the highest compliant casinos within the industry and KYC is required to enable depositing on a registered account.

As for people loosing 'robux' due to a linking error? we do not even begin to understand how this could be associated with Rollbit.

Closed my account and stole my funds.

They closed my account and stole 13,000 from me. They claimed I made " other accounts on the website" when I told them this was not true and told them to please show me what they were talking about they refused to provide any sort of proof and wouldn't talk to me or give me any explanation. NEVER play this site.

Auto-betting refresh and timeout just before big wins

I signed up for the 100 free spins promotion, but there was no way to track my progress in wagering the required £20, so I reached out to support and was connected to someone named “Jason.” Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Jason responded with condescending comments like, “Brilliant, as I can see you haven’t read this correctly,” before attempting to backtrack and sound professional. He frequently blamed “tech issues” for the problems, which felt like an excuse rather than a solution. Honestly, my five-year-old sister could have handled the conversation with more patience and courtesy!

Seized funding for 'Ban Evasion'

I wanted to share an experience I’ve had with Rollbit to see if anyone has advice or has faced something similar.

Background and Initial KYC Attempt
A couple of months ago, an underage or US (cannot remember exactly, we're online buddies - just bottom line he couldn't verify) friend of mine had funds locked in their Rollbit account. I know this wasn’t ideal, but in good faith, I decided to try to help him by completing the KYC on his behalf, hoping to help him access his funds and close the account. To be clear, there was no fraudulent intent or involvement in anything suspicious like money laundering—just me trying to help a friend in a bit of a predicament.

Rollbit’s team, including a representative named Razer, quickly recognised that the KYC was not from the account owner. The KYC was rejected, and they specifically requested that the account holder themselves complete the KYC to proceed. This step clearly shows that Rollbit acknowledged the account did not belong to me, and it ended up working out – my friend was able to withdraw his funds, and the account was then closed.

Creation of My Own Rollbit Account and Subsequent Ban
Fast forward, I decided to create my own Rollbit account, made a $1,2000 deposit, and completed KYC under my name, thinking everything was straightforward. However, shortly after, I was hit with a ban for "ban evasion." Along with the ban, Rollbit seized $1,200 of my funds. I reached out to explain the situation, but they maintained the ban and refused to release the funds.

I completely understand that attempting to KYC on behalf of someone else is against policy, and I’ve acknowledged that to Rollbit. But given that my KYC attempt for my friend was rejected, and they explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account owner, it’s clear there was never an attempt to create or control a secondary account. I believe the fact that Rollbit treated the accounts as separate during this process underscores that they were indeed independent accounts.

While I understand the ban may still apply, I feel that seizing my funds doesn’t align with the actual events and circumstances. It seems a bit extreme, especially when there was no intention to deceive, and Rollbit’s own actions demonstrated their awareness of the account separation.

Acknowledgement of Rollbit’s Right to Seize Funds for Ban Evasion
I acknowledge that, according to Clause 4.2 of the Terms of Service, Rollbit may restrict accounts and withhold funds if multiple accounts or “ban evasion” are detected. Additionally, Clause 5.1 allows Rollbit to withhold funds if it suspects an account is being used improperly or for a third party’s benefit.

However, in my case:
Initial KYC Separation: When I attempted KYC for my friend’s account, my submission was rejected, and Rollbit’s team, including Razer, explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account holder. This recognition and subsequent rejection demonstrate that my personal account was separate and independently verified.
No Deceptive Intent: My personal account was funded and verified without any intent to evade previous bans or to deceive, as Rollbit’s own verification process demonstrated.
Request for Fund Withdrawal Based on Terms and Account Separation

With this context in mind, and in light of Clause 5.3, which states, “If we close Your Rollbit Account, and believe […] that any portion or all of the remaining balance is due to You, we will inform You of the available means to withdraw that remaining balance,” I respectfully request that my remaining funds be withdrawn. I believe this clause applies here, given the account’s independent verification and clear separation.
