Very satisfied - easy to use, good customer service and good quality
I bought 3 blinds from RollerBlinds.org and was extremely satisfied. I found the website easy to use and my order was quickly delivered. When I received the blinds they were the exact colour I wanted (same as sample I'd been sent) and the quality of the fabric and fittings was good. I had a small problem that one piece of the fittings wasn't included but the customer service team quickly sent me a new part and now they're working fine. I would recommend using RollerBlinds.org.

Impressive
Great range of material. Very fast; 4 days in my case. Spot on accurate to my measurements. Best of all, stupidly easy to put up. Fixings appear flimsy but are performing faultlessly after six weeks.

Good Price-Quality Relation
In general received the roller blinds I was expecting, however the quality of the chain could be improved. The delivery went exactly as planned and to set up the roller blinds didn't took as more than 10 mins thanks to the instructions that came in the parcel!

Excellent customer service
Very impressed with the customer service, speed of delivery and overall quality of the blinds. Will definitely use again.
Only one small quibble, the new 'health & safety' cords are useless. They come apart every time I roll one of the blinds up. Not really company's fault. Probably Brussels. Honestly, how many kids have actually throttled themselves with roller blinds ... Perhaps we should ban kids from cars! Rant over! Apart from this I am happy to recommend Rollerblinds!

Took a leap in the dark had never heard of this company but was pleased with the results. Price was a quarter of made to measure blinds in Lewis's and the product choice was very good. Quality of product is excellent and I hope it will last a few years.
