The blinds arrived when predicted and very well packed. They work perfectly. My only issue would be the chain. It has 2 stoppers that don't let the blind go all the way up ...

A fast free sample service, leading to a nice quality bathroom blind at a fair price. It arrived quickly and well packed. No fitting instructions, but not difficult to work it out.

I ordered a couple of samples and they were sent out within days, after choosing which one I preferred the measuring details were very straight forward. The blind arrived within the delivery date stated and I was so impressed with the fast service and quality of the blind. Easy to fit and looks stunning in my bathroom, It truly is 100% waterproof exactly what I wanted.

Easy to install. Look good. Keep out the light just right.

One problem is the design for child safety device and the small clips on the chain. The little clips make it near impossible to run the chain smoothly through the child safety device. So I removed it. I don't have kids though so it won't be a problem.

ordered 2 kitchen blinds recently & I have to say I am delighted with them. The quality of the fabric and the fittings is excellent and the delivery was the 5 working days stated. There was a little damage upon arrival on one of the plastic ends but after a quick phone call to the company, who were most apologetic, the replacement piece was sent out first class post. I would use, and recommend this company, without hesitation.

Love the pattern colours in the blind looks fab on window however It would be better if the person cutting the fabric could cut it straight following the pattern I now have a blind that when pulled down runs out on the pattern
Flipping annoying !

With the brackets on each end the assembly was to big for the recess. Measurement given to rollerblinds was accurate. I had understood there was a 15mm tolerance but that was no where to be seen. Company wanted £40 to modify though we argued it was their error, very difficult to prove. Redeemed themselves by sending thinner metal brackets foc but we still had to cut 5mm of the blind to make it fit comfortably. This was easily done with a hacksaw and good scissors.

After buying one blind for the main bathroom, we wasted no time in ordering another for the en-suite. Prompt delivery, beautiful quality, and everyone who sees them comments on them. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to everyone.

Ordered our bathroom blinds from this company and the packaging was excellent,roller blinds were as shown in the web page all in all a very good servIce.Only one thing that could have improved my personal usage of the blind is that the operating chain to pull the blinds up or down is to short.

I was very pleased with this blind and it was simple to order and arrived very quickly. My only issue was that the blind was delivered to my workplace and didn't have my name on the package which caused some confusion.

Very pleased with the prompt service from ordering the sample to actual order. Product quality, colour etc as described.

(Only problem, entirely my fault, i put the measurements in the wrong boxes and blinds not wide enough. Now have to wait until I'm able to re-order. I advise being very careful completing the boxes)

Shopped around and was beginning to despair so relieved to find rollerblinds.org Great online ordering, good follow up when I rang with some questions and the blind itself is very good quality.

Would be good to have a more precise delivery service, luckily I was in when it arrived but could have missed it. Also dimensions of screws and brackets on website would have saved a phone call.

Quick to be delivered.
Company was efficient in dealing with order.
Blinds installed easily.
Can't comment on performance for moisture resistance as that will show with time.
But all in all I would recommend & use again.
