Thoroughly enjoyed Rome
Thoroughly enjoyed Rome, would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. Expect to do a lot of walking, as the Public Transport system isn't always Tourist friendly and spread out.

Need to give bus times in more detail as near as possible, from stop to stop. I know this might be a problem in relation to traffic. Also more detail in where to go exactly at the points of interest. Other wise no problems.
This is by far the best way of seeing…The Vatican
This is by far the best way of seeing the Vatican and Basilica. So easy to purchase and the staff explain everything you need to know. Would definitely recommend and use next time I visit.
Some rooms for improvement
It seems that the most that I got from this card is the skip-the line at the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, which you need to not waste time on a truly massive line up to the entrance. The first problem I had was learning that you can only pick up the OMNIA and Roma pass at the Vatican Office (OPR). It would have been better if the cards are available for pick up at the airport, so you can start using the hop-on hop off or the Metro Pass immediately, and also avoid the hassle and confusion as to which office to go to in the expansive Vatican area just to get the card. Signages and directions to the OPR would have been helpful as well. I belatedly learned that the OMNIA will not apply to the entrance to other attractions, but the Roma Pass will. I could have bought the Roma Pass separately and after the OMNIA card expired, so as to not cram the itineraries within the 3-day period. It wasn't clear for how long the Roma Card can be used, as entrance to the 4 museums/sites that are included in the Rome National Museum package, which I was able to use even after the 72 hours have passed for the OMNIA. There needs to be a clearer information/distinction between the usage of the OMNIA and Roma Pass. The saving grace for these cards is that it compels you to work on your itinerary within the 3-day period.

We got bad advice from the person where we picked up our tickets and we’re direc to the wrong location to meet our tour. We found the right place eventually but with just a few minutes to spare. Tour guide was good.

This card was very useful and also economical for us as we did not have to buy separate tickets for site seeing and also travelling. We took the 72 hours pass.

I really enjoyed this tour and the chance to visit the underground of the colosseum. The tour guide was very personable and provided a good amount of information to unlock some of the questions I had about the Colosseum. Very interesting.
Need to be improved the service
Need to be improved the app. Was no easy to use for heard the audio Guide. The bus not arrive to the stops every 15-20 minutes, one day we was wating for 45 minutes and when arrived the bus didn’t stop then we have to walk. We can no use the audio guíde in the bus because when we plug the headset we can I heard anything
The best option for sure!!
Great way to enjoy Rome in short time
Great way to enjoy Rome in short time. Me and my wife had the best time. Definitely worth the price. Very easy access to the main attractions, with straight access, avoiding queues. Also, Fantastic way to travel around the city in multiple transports.
Could be better
It is great if you want to a void queues but it was impossible to get the audioguide. We download the app but the QR to get the audio guide doesn't work and I couldn't get into with my user. So we have to pay for another audioguide for Sant Pedro and we didáctico the bus tour without it and it is not the same thing

The card was great for seeing several sites in Rome. It was difficult to catch the bus anywhere
The Omni bus does not come around…
The Omni bus does not come around enough or there are not enough buses. The person who gave us our cards did not take the time to explain things well enough. We never got to use the audio portion of our pass. It would not accept our pass when we tried to scan the bar code. I was very disappointed and thought it was way to expensive. Customer service was well below average.
It doesn’t have the best tour by bus
Good experience with the exception of the bus, it is supposed to be a tour guide but it only stops in every point without explanation. Other companies offer a proper guided tour so you can feel like you are wasting your money.
