Over three weeks and still no delivery
Over three weeks and still no delivery. I only got an apology after I contacted them. Although I was offered a refund, I was assured it would be sent the next week so opted to wait. I have now opted for a refund and have been ignored. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Delivery took over a week
Product okay when it finally arrived badly packed.
I first ordered Hollings venison strips when it looked like Amazon weren't going be able to supply my monthly delivery (I have one dog who is on a venison only diet due to allergies. I was asked twice for a review when they hadn't yet arrived, I replied to Romy Pets email and had a phone call telling me they were waiting for stock. I naively believed that I was ordering an in stock product as nothing suggested otherwise.
After a couple of weeks I had a notification of dispatch, then Evri told me they had the parcel - it never arrived and the tracking showed it as destroyed and said I should contact the seller. I did and Romy Pets (after offering the training treats instead which I refused) processed the order for strips again. Again it took weeks before Evri told me they were expecting it, eventually got and delivered it (with one day delay). The strips arrived in a display box only, display boxes have perforations so you can remove part to display the goods, however this is a most unsuitable box to send through the post or courier, it was all broken open along the bottom perforations and held together by only one piece of sellotape across the yawing chasm and it was only by luck or quick thinking couriers that the strips were all there. I can fully understand how the previous delivery was destroyed if the same type of box was used. In the interim I had to find another supplier who sells these strips by pack and kilo and posts them out in a couple of days. My order with Romy Pets was placed on June 1st and I finally got the product on July 4th. I won't be buying from Romy Pets again.
Resolution
Still waiting for my original order but they have resolved the issue in a generous way

Awful post sales service
Unfortunately, like many other recent reviews, the delivery time is a lot longer than they state. My deliver, when it did show up, was damaged and returned by the courier. (Evri driver knocked to show me the damaged goods before sending it back.). I have tried to contact RomyPets to ask for either a replacement or a refund and have been ignored.
