There was a small delay on the expected
There was a small delay on the expected delivery date due to the manufacture of the coping stones having difficulty in sourcing material, due to shortages during the current pandemic. However the staff at roofing supplies were excellent, especially Gary who kept in communication with me giving me regular updates. When the coping stones arrived they were of an excellent quality. Overall I would definetly recommend Roofing supplies to anyone considering, ordering from them.

Good product, good value.
I got a sedum green roof. Good price and in great shape when delivered. My only grumble was that the pallette was delivered outside the gate and out of my view and no one rang the bell or told me it was there. But the actual product is grand.

Loft Hatch - missing info
Needed additional dimension info to place order for loft hatch. Sales manager immediately understood my concern and sent me the exact dimension info I required. I ordered the item immediately after confirming dimensions. Great service, reply email received in short time.
Secondly, order placed and arrived within a few days, really like the quality and it fits exactly.

Easy service from order to delivery.
Easy to use Web site, place an order and secure payment process. Delivery date notified in advance and arrived on time. The driver even called 30 mins in advance to confirm his ETA. Goods off loaded without a fuss and placed where I wanted it. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!!
