The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. Ordered everything I needed for a polycarbonate roof project. There were a few minor issues with my orders (delivery day estimate was wrong, missing a small piece from a pack of glazing bars) but they sorted it immediately. Everything they do is through a supplier.

Right from the off Roofing Supplies UK were a pleasure to deal with - and - as a novice, reluctant DIY’er - helped me enormously to select the right materials for the job. Both Gary and Ben maintained contact and where responsive throughout. I have recommended them already to friends and neighbours and have no hesitation doing so again through this medium.

Fantastic Customer Service
Although there was a slight delay to the original delivery date due to the manufacturer of the coping stones having difficulties delivering on time due to the current HGV driver shortages causing a backlog of pallets at the warehouse, Roofing Supplies UK themselves were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Ben Peake in particular deserves high praise for his fantastic service. He kept me informed from start to finish, keeping track of my order & providing me with regular updates throughout, including chasing up the supplier to get the delivery expedited. It is rare these days to find such conscientiousness & Ben exceeded my expectations. I also have to praise the delivery driver who used a pallet truck to deliver my order from the car park (where most kerbside deliveries are left) right to my door. Overall I would definitely recommend Roofing Supplies UK to anyone considering using them. Excellent company to deal with throughout.

You know what Roofing supplies uk themselves deserve a 5 star rating but it was the delivery that let them down.
I had £15 worth of goods but was billed £63 with the shipping and VAT. Things were sent separately and the incompetency of the delivery company had forgot to send my material forward.
Roofing supplies are a good, perfectly helpful and understanding company. I would recommend them

Ordered at the weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday evening. I received an email on Tuesday morning stating that delivery would be in 1-2 days.
Delivery was left on my doorstep with no concern as to whether I was at home or not, but that is down to the courier company.
