Worst delivery ever

I bought this item the 24th November, now it is the 3rd December I am still waiting for the delivery. Unacceptable.

not so easy

Good Morning,
once the order launched, the delivery date was not available. I was waiting for that without news during several days. After a phone call to the Rossignol center, the problem was unblocked. Not so easy to retrieve my order in a announced date.

Item was delivered with no problems, I was kept updated via e-mail throughout the process. Excellent service from Rossignol, the product is good quality as well.

I've had good experiences with this…

I've had good experiences with this site. The products (jackets, pants, sweaters) I've purchased seem of very nice quality. Their response has been quite good, better than most brand-direct company sites.
