Roth looks good but the quality is bad

Roth look innovative and has the right components, but the quality is bottom. My second Roth floor heating control has now also broken down, and the support is useless. The wireless system was only 4 years old and there are no spare parts as another system has replaced it. I had to face another 12-14 kSEK investment, but decided to build it mayself with Arduino. It works now better, to less than 10% of the cost.

Roth touchline is useless

Roth touchline is useless. They have totally failed on both hardware and software. Not user friendly at all, can’t understand it without googeling for 30 minutes. Let’s correct myself: I can’t even understand how it works after researching it. I can’t even change batteries without reading a 100 pages manual and having the exact equipment. I wonder who approved this for sales and thought “hey, I really like this product - let’s sell it”. An absolute no from me.
