I ordered Monday and my parcel arrived next day and was well packed 5 stars.

Delivered promptly; product as expected

Although they didn't have the telescope in stock, RVO worked rapidly with the manufacturer to source one for me. I was kept informed during the whole process and all of my other questions were handled promptly and professionally.
Now, in less than a week after placing the order, the telescope is up and running and producing some incredible astronomical photos.
I am very pleased with RVOs service.

The mark of good customer service is as much about what happens when something goes wrong as when all goes well. I received a friendly call to say that the item I had ordered was not in stock but that I could expect to receive it in a few days. Result - happy customer.

Delivery Was absolutely fine. Email of the show before ordering to check availability. Was told item is in stock and paid for next day delivery. My item was delivered the very next day by DPD.

I ordered an Acuter Voyager Mak 80 Telescope. It will be perfect for my wife to use, sitting on the balcony of the cruise ship at night for stargazing and during the day for whale spotting. Just what I wanted.

Telescope bought on behalf of my mum who is giving to my son for his birthday, the service I received from Rother Valley was great, from the phone call to receiving the telescope. Will use again.

Confirmed it was in stock and arrived within 24 hours and it wasn't next day delivery.

Have just ordered from RVO for the first time and found the process absolutely seem less. Rang to confirm my items were in stock as recommended on Thier site spoke to Adam who confirmed they were completed order and my items were swiftly dispatched and delivered. Adam is a delight to speak to on phone and I will certainly be using RVO for all my future astronomy needs

I used RVO for the first time 4 weeks ago and purchased a William Optics GT 71, 6a field flattener/reducer as well as several other fittings and adaptors for my camera and other scope. The help and advice I received was exceptional. So much so that after thinking over taking the plunge and buying a new mount, I returned the next day and purchased the ZWO AM5 which they had shown me on my visit.

A couple of days later, I telephoned to order a rotator for the scope and in a mix up, a Rotolock was sent. A simple call and the correct part was sent, and it arrived in a couple of days with return shipping label for the incorrect part.
I have called again as I had another minor issue operating the mount and it was resolved very quickly over a couple of emails.
I cannot recommend Rother Valley Optics enough for their technical help, advice and more importantly their fantastic customer service and friendly staff.

I bought myself a Takahashi refractor just before Christmas whilst stock was very low in the UK. RVO had one in stock and I received it next day so great service.
I had a small problem with part of the order being quite badly marked so I let RVO know via email and got a very fast response from Adam who promised to resolve the issue as soon as he could. Due to low stock levels this took quite a while to resolve but eventually it did get sorted and now I'm a very happy customer. I could have simply returned the item for a refund but I didn't want that.Throughout this lengthy resolution period I had full use of the marked item so lost no functionality on my order and I was kept informed on a regular basis by Adam.
Eventually I decided the marked item just wasn't for me and I was allowed to swap it for other goods.
I am super happy with the goods and service I received from this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again as the backup provided was exceptional.

Simple ordering online process and well described options offering great value.
The following day one of the staff phoned to explain that one of the options was out of stock but an alternative was available if I was happy with that. I accepted the alternative and 24 hours later the telescope and accessories arrived as promised.

Although my telescope was slower arriving than I was led to believe, the staff at Rother Valley were very helpful and responsive to my questions and the communication was good. When the telescope did arrive it was in perfect condition so overall I was happy.

I ordered items online unfortunately they were out of stock. The company emailed me the information quickly and informed me promptly when it was back in stock. They were very helpful in rearranging delivery to suit me and it arrived safely and on time.
