Make it clear that returns are not free
I wish it was more obvious on the website that I would have to pay to return items myself. I have not had to do that for years from other companies and would not have purchased shoes from R1 if it was clear returns are the purchaser to pay for.
I bought a pair of Adidas skate shoes, which are ridiculously a lot smaller than standard adidas staff in R1 shop later said this is a ‘thing’ . £5 original then another £5 to return. Feel like I was robbed

Everything was perfect but it came with a couple of scratches on the deck which is kinda confusing even tho it was fully boxed but it doesn’t matter
