Fast delivery, great device. Charging station is a bit big so it takes a lot of space.

Battery life is decent but not splendid. I can vacume the whole 100m2 of my house so it's decent.

The vacuum (RH99C3) is complete and with a lot of options. Really like the quality.

I bought a Rowenta Flex 9.60 Aqua vacuum cleaner. So far I am happy with the results. The flashlights on the head are very handy as you can literally see the dirt being picked up from the floor. I am hoping the machine will endure for a long time.

Bought a new cordless vacuum with battery missing. Tried on 2 separate occasions to contact the company through their online form and for 2 weeks no response 🦗s. They suck at customer service when something is wrong.

I purchased the Rowenta X-Plorer Serie 70+ on 24 March 2025, expecting quality from a brand I trusted. Less than three months later, a plastic piece of the water tank broke off—clearly due to a manufacturing defect. However, on 25 June 2025, Rowenta customer service informed me that "plastic parts are not attributable to manufacturing defects."

Frankly, this is shocking and unacceptable. I spent a considerable amount on this product, and now I'm expected to pay EUR 36 for a replacement part. It's not about the price—it's about the complete lack of accountability from Rowenta.

Given how frequently consumables like mop cloths or spare parts are required for robot vacuums, I now regret choosing this brand - and would rather now invest in a completely new brand. I had also purchased several Moulinex products from the same company in the past, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
I expected better from a supposedly reputable brand. Very disappointing.

Very bad products, very bad customer experience
I got a robot 240AI+ robot vacuum cleaner that was not cheap at all. Few months in the robot stopped working showing a motor error. Sent to a repair 1st time under warranty, the response was nothing is wrong. Got it back, immediately showing the same error.
Sent it again, they replied weeks after that they will send a new robot. Got the new robot, the station of this new robot is not working, not charging the robot and robot does not see it and dock to it as no electricity is present inside of the station.
Been in discussion for over 3 months, they refuse to reimburse the money and keep asking to send the robot for repair. not sure this suffering will end.

Recently purchased a vaccum cleaner from Rowenta. Model RO3126EA which exceeded my expectations. Works great and left no dust behind👍🏻

So, I bought a vacuum because a friend of mine had a Rowenta vacuum! Mij cordless Bosh just all of a sudden stopped working! I saw that they had a sale going on (100 euro cash back) and I knew how good it was because I help my friend clean her house because she’s pregnant! I couldn’t pass up this opportunity because it picks up everything (kitty litter was important )
So I jumped right on the sale and was really worried if I would be given the 100 euro cash back as advertised and just after 2 days of waiting I just received an email with all the details! So I’m double HAPPY! Awsome Vacuum and mager Discount! ! Ohhhhh Customer Service was right on top of everything for me soooo what more can I say! Thanks ROWENTA 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Very satisfied with the product quality and the performance of the vacuum cleaner after one month of purchase. The only disadvantage is the duration of the battery (reasonable for this range of price though). Also in the package the screws for the base are not included.

It's hard to be constructive about a company that sells you en expensive vacuum cleaner and after it never arrives does absolutely nothing to help. No sending it again, no refund, absolutely nothing.
So contsructively: do better, please. But honestly. Never ever buy anything from this company.

I bought the Rowenta RH9L42WO Force Flex 12.60. I'm extremely happy with this vacuum cleaner! It has strong suction power that easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the noise level is surprisingly low. The attachments are very handy, and the dustbin is easy to empty. The battery life is great too. Overall, it's efficient and makes cleaning much easier. Highly recommended!

Very handy vacuum
Flexibel, not too heavy, and with standard attachments. Vacuuming the car is easy with this modular vacuum.

Edit: While handy, after more use i am now very unhappy with this product. Suction power is too low, brush has annoying tendency to launch dirt around the room. Dirt that makes it up the tube is dropped when suction is turned off. Not fit for purpose, and I will be seeking a refund.

I bought the Rowenta RR8595 X-Plorer Serie 75 S+ and it was the best purchase that I've ever made, as I save time from the everyday vacuuming.

Purchase rowenta steam iron for £90. after just a couple of months it started leaking water from the bottom this got worse. To the point I felt it was unsafe to use. I contacted rowenta customer service who initially I thought was going to be helpful. I explained in my first email that's I'd misplace my receipt . They asked me to answer lots of questions which I did just to be told you don't have a receipt. If you want it fixed in it will be at your own expense. After looking at trustpilot I see lots of reviews with the same problem and now would not recommend this company or product as they take your money and leave you with poor quality goods

I bought the Rowenta X-Pert 7.60 RH6A31 and I am extremely satisfied with this vacuum cleaner! It’s not only powerful but also very user-friendly. Thanks to its strong suction power, it cleans effortlessly, even on carpets and hard-to-reach areas. Bought a dehumidifier today, has a massive sticker on the front, eventually pealed it off, but leaves a load of sticky residue all over it … and how exactly do I get that off ?? Who signed that adhesive off? Sack them 🫵🏽

Very happy, bought a rowenta bag-less advanced cyclonic system xxl 900w max.
Its a very good system low noise, and it is powerfull system doing what it needs to do.

Glad to be a proud owner of a rowenta system.
