Terrible quality. Ordered a pair of swim shorts that stretch so much they are huge now and the bikini top shrunk 2 sizes in the wash (30 degrees). SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy from this company, overpriced chinese quality.
Terrible online customer service
Terrible online customer service. Purchased 3 items on a Friday afternoon on Tuesday morning received e-mail saying my order was flagged and send details of CC that purchased the order (i didn’t purchase with CC but paypal) after questioning the e-mail as details were incorrect they just cancelled my order, without explanation of anything, then said if you want you can purchase again 🤦🏻♀️ sadly it was gifts for my daughter but refuse to buy again after that experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and return policy. “Andres” just says I’m sorry I cannot help you” over and over. Their sizing charts are incorrect so I had to exchange for a size up and it STILL did not fit. You’re allowed one exchange only and now I have to pay a $7 “restock”. Do not buy from these stores where you can’t try on the product first!
Roxy can not cancel or change an order
I placed $200 order for swimsuits
on Monday night this includes $30 for 1-2 business day shipping.
The next day in the morning I call them.
- Did you ship out the products? No.
- Can you pls update the order to the correct sizes? No
- Can you pls cancel the order? No
- I'm in the same town as you, can I come and pick up the correct sizes from you? No, you can't pick up from the warehouse and we don't have any store locations in this town.
What the heck? In this day and age they still have not shipped the items and they can niot change the sizes or cancel the order?
The cherry on top:
- supervisor emails me: sorry about your experience. Your order with the wrong sizes just shipped here is the process to return your items...

No refund after waiting for one month
I returned an item on March 14. They received it on March 16. Today is April 16, and they still have not issued a refund. I contacted the customer service weeks ago, and they replied, confirming that the return has been received. It has been more than two weeks since they replied, but still no refund has been issued! It is just ridiculous! I see other customers have similar experiences! I will never order from them again!

Roxy owes me today 300 USD. it is a scam what this company has set up when indicating returns are possible on items. I ordered items that turned out on the wrong size. I decided to reorder them in the right size and returned the others. What a nightmare this has been. More than a month receiving a careless reply sorry for the delay with no hopes to recover my money. I feel ashamed of wearing anything on this brand.
Excessive time waiting for funds returned
I have been waiting 12 plus business days for my money to be returned to me from an order I sent back on 3/19/2024. Roxy has acknowledged they received my items I returned and still have not provided my money back to me. I will NEVER order from them again and recommend others to do the same. Think twice before ordering clothing, swimsuits, etc from Roxy.

Purchased two items on the website, and I had to return both of them becauses sizes were too small. The parcel was sent in July 2023, but no refund received until today. Contacted the Roxy customer service and they said that I need to contact La Poste for claiming, even if La Poste said the parcel returned is from a business client and the claiming request should be done via the professional Colissimo Box, to which I have absolutely no access.
I have never seen this before with any other shopping websites: for lost Colissimo parcels other business will request evidence of return and proceed with refunding. At the same time, they will contact La Poste for claiming.
In a nutshell that was 90 euros paid for nothing. Will never ever buy from their website again.
No information on how to return items from Ireland
I purchased from Roxy (order #11306202) and need to return some items. There is NO INFORMATION on HOW TO RETURN an item from Ireland online. The site keeps sending me around in circles or directs me to the UK site which doesn't work. I figured out that I needed a registered account to get the label, I also contacted customer support via the form and in fairness they got back to me the next day. It is unusual to have no clear instructions though.

Roxy quality of wetsuits is the poorest quality I've ever seen. I've been wearing wetsuits for 30 years, I usually buy about 5 wetsuits a year. I bought 3 Roxy wetsuits for my daughters and wife. One of them ripped while putting it on. Very poor quality material, this should not happen. I've been dealing with Roxy for 3 months now, trying to get it repaired. The warranty department is very incompetent, they won't even tell me yes or no. Very frustrating.

I ordered a shirt in the Roxy-Onlineshop and paid for it via Paypal. The shirt was delivered in a darker shade. To initiate the return free of charge, I returned the item directly to a store in my hometown. In the store I was informed that a refund would be only possible if I hand in the exact bankcard, that is connected to my Paypalaccount. I never paid with a bankcard! I was kindly allowed to drop off the item and received a receipt, but no money.
So I wrote to Roxy through my Paypalaccount and also through the Roxy-costumer-onlinesupport, but got no reply. After I opened a Paypal-case, the store-salesperson from my hometown called me and asked why I had done that, my claim caused trouble with the supervisors. I should close the paypal-case to get my money back, but only after I hand in a bankcard. Well, I did not!
The Paypal-Securityservice refunded me the money today anyway. This was definitely my last Roxy purchase.
Customer service team non responsive
After receiving a damaged item, I followed the instructions listed on the website and tried to contact the customer service team (800-892-2281) but the number is non existent/not recognised. After this, I emailed customer service three times and got told someone would be in touch but have not heard back since. The 30-days window to return my order has almost elapsed but I have not been able to return the faulty item as their customer service team is not responsive.
Not receiving anything
Ordered 20 days ago, and the parcel still says «pending». Tried contacting customer service but the site doesn’t work properly so I’m unable to contact them. Would not recommend trying this site, because you won’t get what you order. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to the package. (Roxynorge)

Totally scammed by this company, somehow the item purchased is stranded in customs because fail information from the sender. The delivery company doesn't answer emails neither does Roxynorge.
