I love the Floral series and decided to order the deep plates online. I live in Sydney so I expected the shipment to take some time; however, I was surprised when they were delivered after 4 days! Quick, efficient service and I love using them every day!

I love Royal Copenhagen products, especially Christmas collectibles, but delivery rates are very high and there are no discounts on big order.

Royal Copenhagen's approach to Customer Service is somewhat anachronistic and all the better for it. The beauty of their products is matched quietly and most effectively by the standard of their Customer Service. There's a reason why their products are found in almost every home in Denmark, their approach lends itself perfectly to ensuring generations of loyalty.

Every year I order 2 or 3 Christmas decorations, to add to my collection. The order is prompt, arriving soon after to the other side of the world and beautifully wrapped. I love Royal Copenhagen!

Fast delievery, easy buying. I would appreciate more special price actions because this would create an additional incentive to buy more!

I was shipping an item to London and it arrived much faster than I expected. It was gift wraped and looked amazing so I was happy to give that as a present.

I could not believe that I could make my order on a late Tuesday afternoon and by Saturday lunch time my large box of Christmas plates arrived! And everything which was on the website was actually also in stock.
The two year breakable insurance is a lovely thing for peace of mind.

This year I began collecting Royal Copenhagen's exquisite porcelain, in various patterns. It is a delight to serve meals on these gorgeous dishes - people always exclaim over the well-made and unique patterns.

The track system is great. Revealing every shipment and delivery stops our stuff needed to make. And despite the peak season, the goods arrived almost on time, if not because of the miscommunication between the driver of the delivery truck with the receiver, or maybe with the security guard on the apartment.

Just a little bum, when I had to write an email asking about the status of my goods because it had stalled for some days from their factory. Other than that, everything is great. :)

Will be ordering from them again for sure ;)
